Pittsburgh Remodeling Queen

We are extremely please with the work completed in my home. From the beginning we were treated with respect and our concerns were always addressed. The design to my kitchen was amazing and along the way we made changes as they were always valued. My bathroom is now one my favorite places in my home due our beautiful lay out and fabulous tub AND steam shower 🥰 Their work is detailed, caring staff, and clean. Looking forward to completed our basement.

It was a pleasure to work with Pittsburgh remodeling queen. Victoria always delivers what is promised. She transformed to my basement guest room into a beautiful gym. Gave me everything that I wanted. She is easy to communicate with, and does the utmost to make sure you are happy with her design.

I needed a new bathroom (same room as the old, a complete remodel). I got two bids, and wasn't thrilled with either the price or the people, and thought I better get at least one more bid. Now, I have to say the name "Pittsburgh Remodeling Queens" didn't sound like my kind of go-to for this project, but I figured, OK, why not? Big surprise! It was an instant 'like' for me—these were real people I could work with. And their bid was actually lower than the other two. I did a lot of the preliminary work myself - measuring, choosing the fixtures, the tile, the layout - and that saved money. Victoria thoughtfully asked if we could skip the 'design rendering' part. Of course we could! It would save time and save money. Tory and Bryan were thorough and meticulous, they cared as much about my little project as I did, and even insisted that we wait for delivery on some beautiful wood paneling that I got from LL, because I liked it better than other choices they had in stock. It was a highly collaborative process, which I appreciated. I was completely comfortable with them working in the house when I wasn't there, and If they worked late, I made dinner for all of us. Needless to say, I'm thrilled with the result!

Victoria and her team designed and installed our new master bathroom. Her design was beautiful and unique; she used innovative techniques and materials that differentiate our bathroom from our neighbors'. Victoria worked hard to stay within our budget, and was responsive to our questions and concerns.
