+ -1 moreOverall well. Original scheduling was impacted/delayed due to the very wet Spring. However, communications was proactive and revised date was met without a hitch. Trees were removed without a trace.

+ -1 moreVery pleased with the outcome, scheduling needed to be adjusted due to an emergency elsewhere and I was notified timely and the work rescheduled as soon as possible. Overall a great experience.

+ -1 moreAfter reading my previous review on 7-5-2017 Tom called me and said I was mistaken and that he put the estimate in my mailbox. We agreed that there was some missed communications. Tom said that he wanted to make it right, he was out of town, but would call me tomorrow on 7-6-2017 to schedule the service. The next day Tom came over to our house with the proposal. I signed the agreement and Tom said that he would text me on Saturday 7-8 when they could schedule the work. On Saturday he said it would be done on Tuesday or Wednesday, weather permitting, and that he’d confirm on Monday the 10th. On Monday he called at 10:30 AM and said he had a crew nearby & could do the job today if I wanted. I said yes! He called back at 10:50 AM & said that they were on their way. They arrived at 11:15 AM. The crew was totally professional & courteous. They ask if they could us the driveway & backyard. In a little less than an hour they had removed all the trees, cut the stumps close to the ground, and had cleaned up all the waste & debris. Everything was completed perfectly. Please disregard my previous negative assessment. I would highly recommend Tom & North Hills Tree Service for any job that you have!
Description of Work: Remove a small maple tree in the front yard, two large bushes & two dad trees in the back yard, and clean up the debris & waste.

Description of Work: They were completely unprofessional. First, when I called I didn't hear back from them for approximately 2 weeks. Second, when the service manager called, he repeatedly said he would come out and when he did was rude. Ultimately, never showed up for the job! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Description of Work: These guys were amazing! We had 15 stumps and one large evergreen tree removed and hauled away the first time we hired them and they finished in about 45 minutes and it was perfect! They were nice to have around ~ friendly and very professional. The cost was extremely reasonable for the amount of work that they did and the quality of work they provided. We hired them to come back a second time to remove a few further bushes and again their work was very, very good and very fast. They cleaned up after their work so well that if the bushes were not gone I would have never known that they had been on our property.
