Home Owner BEWARE --- I hired Mr. Handyman Wexford PA to do a few home fixes, they completed some but charged me for doors to be fixed when they never fixed them. I had to hire another contractor to do the job. I paid them for all work completed but not for the doors they never completed, they sent me to collections..... unreal. Do they want to be paid for job never done? Bad Business Practice. Be careful with these guys !!!

Ken was exceptional in the work he performed. He was meticulous and very professional. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We had an estimate done and was told that it would be sent to our email the following day. We didn’t receive it for a week, so I called back to follow up. They had apparently not even written it up, but decided to give them another chance. After reviewing it, we scheduled accordingly. On the day the work was to be completed, I received a call an hour before the appointment that they would be postponing because their handyman would not be able to make it that day. From listening to the explanation, it didn’t sound like that they planned and managed their resources all that well. Between the botched response of the original estimate and the lack of a sound operation in getting scheduled work completed, I would not recommend.

Mike was very professional and on time. They gave me a very good price and did a very good job. In fact, I had my neighbor come over to talk to Mike about putting a screen on his flue also.Would recommend to anybody

Perfect. He was prompt, thorough and we had one other task for him but it couldn’t be completed bc we didn’t have all the parts. Not his fault, but he did try to workaround.

Went well, our handyman had to do alot of sanding, etc., but both doors are very secure.

They called and proceeded to tell us that they do not work at specific price. Instead they would charge us $100 per each 15 minute increment. Such unreasonable and arrogant outfit!

It never happened because they never got back to me.

One time an individual showed up but he left before we figured what else he needed to do. I called them and they fixed that. There customer service is okay. They are reasonable as far as price. I was helping with management in facilities so I wasn't involved in it but I assume they did okay as they kept having them come back.

The job is complete and working like it is suppposed to. Thought it would cost more but it didn't.

It went well the man did a great job. We will hire them if need to again. Very quiet which is the way we like it.

The work effort was longer than expected but the recessed mirrors required more modifications in the wall due to the electrical configuration. The textured ceiling patchup was decent. I understood the challenges of my requests and overall was pleased with the craftsmanship and understood the higher costs ($950 total) and was prepared for that. Ultimately I was pleased they were willing to do the various handyman jobs that were a little more elaborate than most and would utilize this company again. The scheduling, punctuality, communication, and commitment to finish the job fast were all very good.

Very satisfied w/professionalism, skills, quality of work, punctuality, & personableness of the 3 men who came to our home,on 3 separate days. Definitely recommend this company to others for consideration. For me, this was an interim solution while I continue to search for our next handyman because ours recently retired. The 2 reasons that it is unlikely I would use a company like Mr. Handyman again are cost & not being able to have the same person come to our home. We valued so much the relationship we had with our wonderful handyman. He knew us & our home and that made it all very easy & nice.

They were very good. They came on time and did a nice job. The vanity top of the sink is not an equal distance on both sides. One side was leveled, and the other side was hanging over a little bit. You can't tell unless you ran your fingers underneath. I just assumed they would put it on leveled. Then there were shims put underneath of it. I think I would have rather them used levelers. I couldn't stay and keep an eye on everything he was doing. I mean it's pretty, people wouldn't notice what I noticed it.

All went well. Everything we agreed to be done was completed in the time and price estimated.

What I had them do for me was to redo my porch, I had a wooden porch and they redid the porch, replacing all the wood, all the posts. The only reason I'm giving them a B is because there were two little gaps in it that I had to call them and have them come back, but I have to say, when they came back they fixed it and they fixed it quickly and I mean shortly after I called them they were out here, and they fixed it to my satisfaction, so on that end I would give them an A, but initially only because they had to come out and fix those two little gaps. I had three guys out to do the estimates, they were the most expensive but I looked them up in Better Business Bureaus they got very good ratings, he spent a lot of time with me and explained the process, told us everything that we needed to know and gave us the price, you know that was it, he was very good. They were the most expensive but they had the best references and they just did a nice job, so I would say the money was well spent.

Outstanding service. Mr Handyman responded to my message within 10 minutes and set up a service call for the next day. Lee was punctual, friendly and completed the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this company.

After a bad experience with a much less expensive handyman who never returned my emails, calls, and texts, I decided to try Mr. Handyman because their set-up means that they have professional staff doing the scheduling. I did not regret my decision. My initial query over their website received a response in a couple of hours (on a weekend, no less), and I had an appointment for the service with just one phone call. The person they sent out called when he realized he would be late (only by 10 minutes) to let me know his ETA, which I very much appreciated he. He listened to what I needed done and completed the work in 1.75 hours (after the first hour, they bill by the quarter hour). I have been very happy with how the work got done--everything looks great--and the technician was courteous and professional. Mr. Handyman's service isn't cheap--there's an $50-some-odd service fee per visit, plus $80/hour for the work; with materials, the bill for 1.75 hours worth of work was $245. But I was willing to pay more to deal with an organization that is professional, punctual, and responsive. I was happy with the service and will likely turn to them again next time I need a handyman service.

I called on a Monday and my work was done that week, on Thursday (Wednesday was offered, but I had a prior appointment). Mike completed all work in a timely manner.
