Description of Work: Came for first time in Nov. 09. Initially he said he'd clean windows every 3 months. Contacted him in Feb 10 and asked if he could clean the windows every month. No response to my inquiry, Came back in April 10 - five months later. The actual work - cleaning exterior widows - was fine.

deck cleaning

Description of Work: Grupp also does deck cleaning, which is what we hired him to do this year. The job was professionally done, and in the estimate he warned us that restaining both the older and newer sections would result in a color mis-match. we knew that anyway, but appreciated the warning. We've used this company for window cleaning in the past and have always been satisified.

 + -1 moreWhen I bought my home in 1991, Mike cleaned the windows for the previous owners. We decided to try out his work. For sixteen years he has continued to maintain our home's windows with only a modest increase in pricing over such a long period. There has never been a dirty carpet (shoes are removed at back door), window forgotten (easy to do in older home), nor a rag left behind. He and his team are very efficient but thorough.
Description of Work: Mike, and his team, washed interior and exterior windows of 3 story older home (1896). Gutters scaling three stories were also cleaned. The work was completed efficiently and expertly. Very little disturbance to an already busy household. His pricing is very reasonable with most windows $2.00, and gutter cleaning starting at $45.00.

 + -1 moreMIKE WAS A VERY NICE MAN. HE TELEPHONED ME BACK, SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED ON TIME. TWO OF MY SCREENS WERE DAMAGED WHILE CLEANING, SO HE TOOK THEM TO BE REPAIRED AND CAME BACK AND INSTALLED THEM WHEN DONE. HE CLEANED THE WINDOWS VERY WELL AND WAS QUICK. I PARTICULARLY LIKE HOW HE STOOD BEHIND HIS WORK, ESPECIALLY HAVING MY SCREENS REPAIRED AND RETURNING THEM PROMPTLY. HE WAS HONEST.
Description of Work: CLEAN SCREENS, EXTERIOR WINDOWS, REPLACE SCREENS, AND CLEAN INTERIOR PICTURE WINDOWS ON MY 2 STORY HOME. TOTAL WINDOWS CLEANED 28.
