He was reasonable and good. He came quickly, and he was reliable. Parts that he put in were defective and we did not know it. He did not either. He came back and replaced it free of charge for me. He did a dishwasher as well which was very unusual. He was very fair. The quality of work he did was very good.

He had back surgery and couldn't come. He was very pleasant and sorry that he couldn't make it. I would call him in the future.

I called John Pasikowski on Wednesday evening and he offered to come out the next morning. Since we were not going to be available (and had an extra fridge in our basement), I had him come out Friday morning instead. He arrived promptly at the time he had quoted, performed the diagnostic evaluation, and completed the repair by about 11:00 am with a part he had in his truck. He has been in the appliance repair business for a long time and clearly knows what he is doing. The price was extremely fair; $33 for the part and $75 for about an hour and a half hours of labor. Our fridge was back in business immediately.

They quickly responded on a Saturday for an unknown problem with my refrigerator. They troubleshot the issue. The repair item was not on truck, but they made every attempt possible to get the part the same day. It was later in the morning when I called him, and he came out by about 12:00. The parts store closed at 12:30, so he had to order the part. The part arrived with him on Tuesday afternoon, and he came right back out. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again for future repairs.

John tends to clean things to make them operate more efficiently. I believe that I save money by avoiding unnecessary replacements. He has done so with my refrigerator, my oven, and my cook top. He did recommend that the dishwasher be replaced.
