Major repairs to side of house and stairway next to house after accident. Quality finish on project.

I signed a contract to have the work done. When the contractor, Damien, did not start the work on the date he promised, I called to find out when he would be starting. He emailed me saying that his concrete guy had an accident on the job would not be able to do the work for me. He said he would return the deposit I paid. That was 2 weeks ago. I emailed him to find out when he would be mailing it. He said it is in the mail. I am still waiting. If he mailed it when he said he did, I should have received it by now. Hopefully, I will not have to take legal action to get my money back. Update 9-29-2021----I finally receive my deposit on 9-24-2021 after contacting him 3 times!

The price was very reasonable compared to other companies that we contacted. Copper water lines were installed and the work was perfect. They even went over and above to make sure other things were up to code and in good working condition. I would not hesitate to use them for other things such as replacing my water heater. I will also will recommend them to anyone I know that has plumbing problems.
