We ordered Merillat Cabinets from Keith on 7/1/2014. The experience of ordering cabinets and his follow of issue during the install was good. The problem is if you have a problem later there will be no response. The drawer front on the sink cabinet had a problem about 18 months after install. The screws on the hinge were too small and pulled out of the wood drawer front during normal use. We called Keith and he suggested we glue the screws back in the drawer front. How long do you think that would last? When we did not accept that solution we asked him about the Merillat warranty, he said he would look into it but never called us back. We called Merrillat and they refused to send someone out to fix it. So the Merillat warranty is not worth the paper its written on and Don Walter isn't any help either.

We purchased kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets from Keith. We are very pleased with the service and price we received from Keith. Any issues that arises out of our large project were resolved quickly! Thanks Keith for all you did to make our major renovation bearable from the water damage!

Unfortunately we didn't use them, but when we got in a jam later we realized what a mistake we'd made. Our original cabinet installers did a poor job and we needed some help (we were working with an architect from another area who had our cabinets shipped to our home). The people at Don Walter helped us find one of their local contractors who promptly came in and did an excellent job. (we had called other highly rated kitchen and bath experts and they wouldn't consider assisting us in any way). The folks at Don Walter were always helpful, courteous, and responsive. It's also obvious they work with some high quality contractors and care about the outcomes for their customers. It's hard to put a price on that.

It went great. They were very helpful. A couple of items arrived damaged, and they quickly re-ordered and replaced them. They are very customer service oriented.

They were great. They have lots of options. The cabinets I got are very high quality. The materials came in one time. A couple of the cabinets came in with defects and they promptly reordered and replaced them with no charge and no hassle to me. The countertops came in exactly as ordered. The company was very reliable, as well as the stone company they worked with. They matched Home Depot's price. The salesman I worked with was Keith Martin. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
