I've hired Roberts National Roofing for about four jobs now in the course of one year. They've always been really prompt and professional, and the work they've done has been good. My only issue is that if they went up to fix one problem and saw another, they didn't tell us about it, and we had to find out when a new leak sprung up. Because of this, they heavily discounted their fourth bill for us. Overall, I'm really happy with them as our roofers.

The customer service was very friendly and imformative. Took pictures and explained about the shingle color being unavailable and finding the closest color available. The roof looks great.

The Technicians that came out were very professional and pleasant. They took their time to make sure it was done right and no further damaged was caused. The only issues was I was told they would be there by a certain time, and left work so I could be there and they were running behind. A call from the office to let me know that would of been nice.

Professional. Came out right away for estimate. Hard to find people to work on a slate roof. They were out to repair right away before the next rain. No complaints about the work , They were a little pricey. I was in a jam and needed it repaired before rain and future snow caused more damage. Pricey but good.

Very professional, after they where done on the roof, they took time to make sure everything was cleaned up.
