Before I contacted Roberts, I contacted another roofer who had previously done a repair on my roof. The other roofer strung me along for 10 days and then told me that he could not do the repair because he had another job. Roberts came out right away, gave me a fair estimate and was able to completely replace the left side of the roof (which was leaking) in about a week (in December!) They are a great company and I highly recommend them.

They are everything you would want, so professional, courteous, great at communication. They let you know when they are coming, they show up on time, they followed up after the project was completed. It's just wow! Absolutely wonderful! I sat through half a dozen no shows and now I get a company like this and I am more than happy to review them. I am so pleased. The workers were so professional and cleaned up very quick and complete. They are the company who should be teaching others how to do there work.

This was a small repair but of a terra cotta tile roof, so tricky. They not only did the repair we requested, but found a number of other damaged tiles and replace them as well. And the team was very courteous and thoughtful.

This was a great experience. Roberts took us into a direction where no other roofer suggested. We have a flat roof. They suggested to use the GacoFlex roof system. Jim was great from day one. He was very accommodating and did several extras at no extra charge. We did hit a glitch and they were out to fix the problem immediately. Jim was on site to check on the progress and let us know what else needed to be done and how long it would take to finish. Jim also called at the completion of the project to check on our satisfaction and if we needed anything else. Your Dad taught you well. This is a great way to run a business. I love it when the owner is on site to talk to the client. I've had a few projects done in the past and this is by far the best experience I have had with a contractor. The workers were fabulous, I just hope Jim is paying them what they are worth. This is a great company and I will definitely use them again should the need arise. Look forward to a long relationship with this company as the roof came with a 50 year warranty. Thanks so much, for the great experience. Keep doing what your doing and you will have a long life of successes.

The crews did a wonderful job on a complicated old spanish tile roof. They were able to retain the original look, even after removing the surface down to the bare boards. They were able to replace or reinstall all of the decorative pieces, matching the existing colors. Everyone I spoke to, onsite and in the office, was very friendly and responsive.

Very responsive company with excellent customer service. They honored pricing a year after my quote which really impressed me. The warranty for my roof was much longer than any other company. The installation went without a hitch. Definitely recommend.
