I am still waiting to see if the leak has been eliminated. After a few big rains we will have an answer. Beside waiting for rain we had a very good experience with Roberts. They were quick to respond with a proposal to fix the leak. Roof was inspected by them the next day and we hired them. They wereout within 2 days to correct the problem. As I said if the leak is fixed then we would recommend them to everyone.

They were able to quickly schedule me for an appointment to get the roof taken care of.

All three that bid had different estimates as to what needed done and how much. I chose ROberts because of the price and customer service

I am still in the process of getting qoutes. This company was very curteous, upfront with any explainations and the estimates on what repairs would be.

They called me 5 minutes after I requested a roofer and have kept in constant touch with me through the whole process. When they came to look at the roof, I was not on scene so they came back again the next day to show me in person what needed fixed.

Came out right away, at my convenience, and were courteous and knowledgeable. Good communication. Did only what we asked and we're pleased. A little pricey but did a good job in a timely manner that had to be done.

I am waiting on a estimate so I can look for assistance.

I have never had a leak before and there was one small leak on the flat area. He was back right away the next day. He is one of the best in the area. I have used him for several roofs. He has great understanding of the technology of his work, really know the roof system. He can do all types of roofing.
