We scheduled for 1:00 on a Saturday but ended up coming around 9:00 am which was fine with me. Sueli and Salmo are very pleasant and personable. They cleaned windows, moved furniture to sweep behind couch, chairs etc,cleaned fans, woodwork, cabinets, sinks, tubs, swept and dusted. They made a rose out of the end of the bathroom tissue as an added touch. They removed all the glass shades (8) for my lights in my bathroom and washed them. They were extremely dusty. I asked them to organize some shelves and they did it. I was very pleased with what they did and requested them to return on a monthly basis. The first cleaning was $250 and the monthly fee is $130 which I thought was reasonable. They did what I asked and more. Very pleased.

I just found Sueli and her husband again thanks to Angie's List. This wonderful couple worked for my cleaner last year, 2012. I was very pleased with them. They stopped working for my cleaner and I always wondered why. I just found out it was because they went to work for themselves. A smart move! Now, they will be cleaning for me again and I couldn't be happier. Not only are they nice and honest people, they are excellent cleaners. I feel good about having them in my home.

Did a fantastic initial job- did not show up for second appt. Did not respond for 24 hours, have not responded to multiple calls and texts asking to reschedule. Too bad- they did such a beautiful job, wanted them to come back. Hope they are ok.

Sueli and her two crew members (including her husband) came to be shown all through the house and discuss exactly what we wanted to have done and what we didn't need on a regular basis. She checked her calendar while on site with me, and gave me a time for the regular visit and a price. I was pleased with her ideas about how to handle the cleaning and she was very accepting of the fact that I won't need to have the attic guest room cleaned except when it is being used. Again, her pricing is fair and competitive. I could not be happier with the service I saw on this first visit.

They were very thorough and really good. They did a good job. I think they moved things around, they just don't do service cleaning. They moved furniture around. She finds walls or the places that you want them to clean that other cleaners don't always do.

I have employed them to come to my house every two weeks and I think that they will do a great job. These are very nice people and you can tell that they love their work and are eager to please. They are from Brazill and have a great work ethic. There is a slight language barrier, but not to bad, for most people it may be easier to text them and they will get right back with you. They loved my pets and my pets loved them.

We moved into a new condo about 6 months ago and spent a lot of time with construction and changes. Once we got settled in we realized that we let the cleaning go. I called Sueli's and within a day she came out with her staff to look and give an estimate. We then scheduled for her to come out and do a deep cleaning about a week later. There were 3 people here for maybe 4-5 hours cleaning everything. Moving furniture, tops of pictures, changing bedsheets. Everything was done and the staff were extremely professional. I am having them come out monthly starting next month. I find their prices to be reasonable, about the same I paid to another company before I moved for roughly the same size house, and the quality of service is great. No complaints, my wife and I are very happy.

Sueli and her crew are friendly, competent and conscientious, even going so far as to take their shoes off at the front door. They show up on time, with their own equipment, and do a thorough job. My home has never been cleaner and I love it.

We had little experience with cleaning services so it was a learning experience for us. We had them clean our home for several months every other week. We needed service temporarily for a few months to help us out. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and a sun room. We just had them clean the rooms we planned to use as opposed to cleaning every room every time, so the sun room and two of the bedrooms weren't cleaned every time. They did everything we asked of them such as using special cleansers in the bathrooms. They adjusted schedule when we had other schedule problems. We had very few problems. They were punctual and cheerful every visit. I gave them a B because I would handle some of our household items differently but even so they did a nice job. One time a shear drape got caught in their sweeper. It may have been partly because the hanger is loose in the wall. You just need to tell them which items need special handling and what that handling is. They always did better next time. I think they always tried to do their best.

I had previously worked with another cleaning company who was not doing an adequate job and decided to try Sueli's based on their great reviews on Angie's List. They came out to complete an estimate and scheduled a deep clean of my house for shortly thereafter. They did a great job cleaning everything, everything was sparkling clean and the whole place smelled great. They pay a great deal of attention to small details that really made a huge difference. I have experience with several different cleaning companies and Sueli's did things I've never seen other companies do. Examples: They remove books and pictures from shelves to clean the surfaces underneath. Most companies will just clean around those objects. The towels in the bathroom were folded neatly and the toilet paper was tied into a ribbon. They even reorganized the clutter in the living room and bathroom and made the overall decor look better than it was before. The prices charged are fair and reasonable. The only minor inconvenience I have is English is not their first language so you sometimes have to be patient speaking with them on the phone. However they also can exchange text messages with you so that helps with communication.

We had been using a well-known cleaning service for many years, but lately had been disappointed with the quality of the work. I found Sueil's Cleaning Services on Angie's list and set up an appointment to have them clean our house. They were very responsive (via text messages) arrived on-time for our initial appointment and our first cleaning, and were very friendly to my family as well as my dog. We just had our first cleaning, which was a deep cleaning, and I am amazed at what they accomplished. My house is literally sparkling. The house smells great, it looks great, and everything in it was dusted, cleaned, polished, and left in the best condition. I look forward to working with Sueli and her husband on an on-going basis.

Sueli responded quickly to my request for service. To make arrangements, we communicated mostly by text messaging, which was easy and convenient for me. She came to our house to provide an estimate on Thursday, and we scheduled the service for the following Saturday. The price she quoted seemed high, but it was well worth it for the level of service she and her crew provided, and for the time they spent. My husband especially was concerned that the price for the initial cleaning was too high, but when the cleaning was completed we both agreed that it was worth the price. The initial cleaning was $400, and Sueli has quoted me a price of $150 for future monthly cleanings (or $120 for biweekly). I was very impressed by their thoroughness, skill, and attention to detail. They moved every piece of furniture to clean around and behind it. They cleaned all of the lighting fixtures -- even the ones on the porch. They cleaned the insides of windows. They washed the slipcover from the couch. They cleaned the cats' mats and beds and perches. There was not a dust bunny or puff of pet fur to be found anywhere -- and with four pets, that is saying a lot. All of the bathroom and kitchen fixtures and faucets were gleaming. They folded the end of the toilet tissue into a little rosette -- I felt like I was living in a fancy hotel. They even cleaned the oven! I had some Christmas decorations sitting out that I hadn't gotten to yet, and they even put some of those out for me, without my asking. And they were kind and friendly to our pets, which is important to me. After Sueli and her crew left, I kept finding new details and calling out to my husband -- "look, honey, they cleaned this too!!" I was thrilled with their work and will definitely hire them again in the future.

They are kind, honest and obviously take alot of pride in their work. We have two dogs and they were so friendly to them durning their time here. WE will never use anyone else. Finding them was a great little Christmas present as our home now looks amazing for the holiday. They are worth every penny, your cost will be a bit higher the first time but they will do a major deep clean. Our regular visit should be $120.

Sueli and her husband Salmo have been cleaning our house for a little over a year now. They are extremely trustworthy, hardworking, reliable and do a very thorough job. We have had several cleaners in the past and they by far are the best. I give them my highest recommendation.

They are very kind, punctual, and thorough! The first time they cleaned our home, they really did a deep clean -- cleaning inside light fixtures, for example, and doing some helpful rearranging of untidy rooms to be more organized. We had just moved in, and they were really helpful in making our place presentable! Now they come every two weeks and really keep our place looking great, and are super efficient. They always surprise us with wonderful details and extras -- cleaning the windows when we don't expect it, sweeping the front porch -- they have even cleaned dead plants out of a display and cutely replaced them with a clipping from another plant in the house. They also make the toilet paper into roses and the kleenex into bows! Be patient with communication -- their English is not perfect -- and you will be rewarded. As another reviewer said, they use text messaging which is great. It's a pleasure to have this sweet and trustworthy couple in our home.

Sueli is easy to communicate with and schedule appointments using text messaging, which I appreciate because it's very convenient. They do a thorough job including cleaning the inside of kitchen appliances like the microwave and my house always looks great when they're finished. They are very friendly and quick.

I noticed that my current cleaning person was lacking over the past 6 months. I left messaged with 8 different companies on Angie's List with only 2 returning my call. Both came and gave estimates. I went with Sueli even though more money due to the reviews. Sueli and husband arrived when they said they would and cleaned from top to bottom. They also did some services that my current person would not unless she charged additional ~ sweep all living room and family room furniture off, ceiling fans, light fixtures, inside microwave and all interior windows. They were there about 5-6 hours and worked non stop. They told me that the first cleaning would be longer and very thorough ~ That is was!! They will continue to clean every 2 weeks for half the price and should only be there 2-3 hours. They work very hard very hard as a team and rarely even talk. I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes hard to understand but great communicators through texting. They by far are the best workers that I have ever had. The are power workers and get the job done. You pay for what you get. Awesome team!

Everything was a mess, and now it looks perfect. They are very efficient and fast. They straighten everything up. They have really great service. They bring their own supplies, and are in and out. I'm very fussy but they do a great job. They are very open to suggestions. It's a husband and wife business. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very comfortable to be around.
