Sueli's Cleaning Services

We have been using Sueli's Cleaning service since December 2013 for biweekly cleaning and have been extremely happy. We originally used another company we found on Angie's list b/c we wanted someone insured and bonded. We were very unhappy with the inconsistent quality, the cost, and the fact that new people would show up in our apartment each time. Sueli's has been great. They really care about their work and always do a nice job. Being that my husband and I are busy professionals and have two small kids, I love the fact that they respond to text messaging. We had a few other companies give us estimates and they gave us the most reasonable estimate. As far as cleaning goes, we have always been very happy. Bathrooms are always sparkling. Kitchen is always spotless, including microwave. They always take the garbage out too which is a nice touch. We have two small children and try to clear up the clutter for them before they come. They still move little toys and things to make sure floors are clean, etc. My 2 year old walks in after cleaning day and comments on how nice and clean everything is. : ) Overall, I highly recommend Sueli's.

The owners, Sueli and Salmo have been cleaning my house regularly for over (2) years. They started cleaning my home when they were associated with another cleaning service before starting their own business. They are always polite and punctual and do a good job. Although English is not their first language, I have had no problems communicating with them. They are very reliable and willing to accommodate special requests. I would highly recommend them.

They are thorough and fast. These people know what they are doing!

The cleaning team did dusting, sweeping, vacuuming; cleaned range top (removed some tough to remove burned on stains i hadn't been able to remove) They cleaned laminate floors. They brought all cleaning supplies and vacuums. They arrived punctually and began cleaning right away. Very friendly and professional. They also cleaned miniblinds. The home looked and smelled fresh and clean upon completion. Very efficient.

They usually work as a team and seem to be very detailed.

I called, got the answering service, left a message and my call was never returned.

Sueli's service is highly professional in all ways, and did a superb job with our deep clean.

We originally contacted the provider about their cleaning services early in February. Sueli responded to our enquiry the next morning and made arrangements to come and visit the property the following week. Sueli and her husband toured our property, proposed a fee which we accepted, and arranged to return the following week with two helpers for the initial deep cleaning. The following Monday afternoon Sueli and her husband were at the property a little bit earlier than they had arranged, but they explained that their two helpers had had a car accident earlier and would not be able to join them, so they had to clean the entire home on their own! They came in and got right to work with the cleaning of our home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, family rooms and den. Cleaning lasted from 12:30pm until approximately 5:45pm. The quality of cleaning was very high. After the providers finished their work I walked through the house, noting the shining hardwood floors and furniture. Kitchen and bathrooms were gleaming, appliances were clean enough to eat off of. Picture frames and decorative items were carefully cleaned and ordered to beautiful effect. We plan on continuing to use Sueli's Cleaning Service for regular future cleanings. The price for the initial cleaning seemed rather high, but the quality of the cleaning has impressed us sufficiently to retain their services. Future cleanings to be conducted every two weeks at $130/cleaning.

Made arrangements to be home from work at meet them at a specified time. They never showed up. They offered to come an hour later than the originally scheduled time, which did not work with my schedule.

Sueli and 2 other employees came for the initial cleaning. They worked hard, quickly, and non-stop for a few hours. They move rugs to clean the floor. The stainless steel appliances and sinks were spotless and shining post the cleaning. They also polished my wood furniture. 2 weeks later, Sueli and her husband came for the regular bi-weekly cleaning. They were pleasant, hardworking, and efficient.

Sueli has been cleaning my house for the past month. Her first visit was a deep clean, and now she and her team come every other week for regular cleanings. I have been very pleased with their work so far. After having had a number of cleaning services prior to Sueli's service, I can say that they are excellent. They are detail oriented, very professional and do a great job cleaning our bathrooms and kitchen. I am glad that I found them!

Sueli's team performed an intial cleaning and did a fantastic job. Three people showed up and spent approx. 3-4 hours making our house spic and span. We have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We liked the fact that they cleaned the kitchen cabinet doors and spent a long time on the tile in our main shower. Since then they have cleaned every other week (for about 3 months now). They were willing to negotiate a lower rate for every other visit where they skip a few areas that we only needed cleaned every 4 weeks instead of every 2 weeks (120 instead of 150). Two people do the biweekly cleanings. I love how all the stainless appliances look after they clean. We also like their little touches like making sure the couch pillows (which somehow end up askew all the time) are straight and even. They do a great job and overall we are very pleased with them and plan to continue using them.

Early in December we arranged for Sueli's Cleaning Service to do a complete house cleaning for our home! My wife and I have had some medical issues lately and have not been able to keep on top of things! The couple came to our home and with the discount, agreed to do our cleaning on December 30 2013 for $320.00. We set aside that day for the work to be done and removed any impediments that might have caused them a problem! December 30th 2013 1:30 came and no show so at 2:20 I tried to call! The first number was a voice mail box, the second a gentleman picked up and when I asked why they had not arrived, his answer was his wife forgot!! I cancelled the appointment!!!! This is not an acceptable way to run a business and my wife and I are very disappointed! This is the first time we have been disappointed when using Angie's List to solve a problem!!!!!

Sueli and Salmo did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my house! I've worked with other cleaners in the past, and the service and attention to detail far exceeds the others. They are by far the best I've ever worked with! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sueli and Salmo are very professional thorough housecleaners. First time crew of 3 came on time to do a deep clean. Excellent job! Nice touches in bathroom i.e. bows/flowers from tissues. Plan on hiring for weekly cleaning. Very satisfied.

Initial contact was an estimate and schedule for first appointment, which involved "deep cleaning", a longer more thorough cleaning. The husband and wife team were punctual, worked hard, and left the house spotless. Subsequent visits on a bi-weekly visit were less expensive, and their work is exemplary.

Usually very punctual. Will call if delayed. Friendly, very efficient, thorough, quiet. Overall, I am very pleased.

Contacted Sueli and she and Salmo came out last week to do a walkthrough of my townhouse and we scheduled an appointment for that Saturday. Three cleaners came, and they did a really nice job. We didn't stay while they cleaned but when we got home, the place smelled great! Nice little touches, like toilet paper and tissues folded into flowers or bows, towels arranged nicely in the bathrooms. Our focus was that the bathrooms be cleaned (we have 2.5) and they did a spectacular job on those! We also have several stories, all carpeted, and they did a great job in vacuuming. What we didn't expect was for them to go above and beyond and clean the inside of our microwave oven! I was so impressed by this---it was a mess, and we didn't expect them to touch appliances, but they did such a great job!

I called Sueli and Salmo for basic, maintenance cleaning, i.e., floors, dusting, wiping fixtures and surfaces, etc. And when they came to give me an estimate, I initially balked at the price. My house is small, and I only wanted them to clean the main living area (no finished basement/man cave). So it is like an apartment: small kitchen, livingroom/diningroom combo, 1 small bath, 2 bedrooms and an office. But with their 20% coupon and excellent reviews, I scheduled them for a cleaning the following week. I greeted them on time, reminding them that the cat must not be permitted to escape. They were very reassuring about my fear. Sueli, Salmo and another cleaner brought all their own equipment and products and got right to work. I ran errands and checked in by cell with my husband 3 hours later. He deemed the house as "looking good," adding that it smelled "ridiculously clean." I rushed home and was amazed! They cleaned everything! The old Mr. Coffee glistened. There was not a cat hair in sight. And the craziest thing - they literally cleaned every book and "chotchky" on a large bookcase and behind glass in an entertainment center. There were nice hotel touches, too. A fancy toilet paper rose on top of the roll, a neat origami like fold in the hand towel, etc. They were worth every penny. We had impromptu company later in the evening, and I had total peace of mind - no fretting about any potential surface I may have forgotten to dust if I'd done my own cleaning. So I enjoyed the food prep more and had a relaxing time with our friends. Even my resistant husband was impressed. We will definitely have them back (and the price is significantly lower for maintenance cleaning). Thank you, Sueli and Salmo for giving me my weekends back. After more than two decades of doing my own cleaning, I no longer dread the hours it would take out of my weekend. Gotta run now and get back on their calendar for visit number two . . .

I just worked with Sueli and Salmo for the first time and I will definitely ask them to come back. I just moved into a new house and wasn't planning on hiring cleaning services. But the house needed more work than I thought it would, and I was pressed for time, so I called about 6 of the local companies on Angie's list to request cleaning services within the next few days. Sueli and Salmo called me back immediately, and came to look at the house 2 days later to give an estimate. They both cleaned for 4.5 hours the following day (only 3 days after I initially called them!) The house looks fantastic: their work far exceeded my expectations. They were professional, thorough and efficient. There was specific aspects of the house that I was most concerned with, and they spent extra time to clean these areas beautifully. Their prices are very reasonable and I feel that I by far got my money's worth. I would strongly recommend Sueli and Salmo to anyone, and although my house is currently spotless thanks to them, I am already planning when I will ask them to come back.

Sueli and Salmo have been cleaning my apartment twice a month for about a year and a half. They do an exceptional job, are extremely detail orientated and fast! They are also very friendly and pleasant. My place has never been cleaner and I look forward to continuing to use their services. Highly recommend!

Sueli and her husband arrived at 8 on the dot. They were professionally dressed and ready for work. They did a thorough cleaning of my entire house. They worked non stop and the house gleams. I have used other cleaning companies both private and professional for many years and this one is by far the best.

Sueli and her husband were very responsive when I contacted them. They came to my house for an estimate about 2 weeks before the scheduled initial cleaning and arrived promptly as scheduled. They were very nice and gave me an estimate of $350 for the initial (or deep cleaning) of my home. They said that the they expected it to take several hours with 4 people (including the two of them). My fiance arranged his schedule to meet them at the house on the day of the cleaning. Unfortunately they were late (60+ mins) and only 2 of them were there. The started promptly but my finance was not able to stay the entire time, so I don't know how long they stayed (couldn't have been more than 3 hours based on when we got home...so they must have worked very quickly). Overall, the house looked really good and smelled fresh. They seemed to be very thorough. I think they were rushing a bit (probably because only there were only 2 of them) and blinds were left up. I have only 2 complaints. First, I wish I knew why they were late and why the entire crew didn't show up. I didn't question this because I wasn't there and I paid the full payment they quoted. The second complaint is that for some reason they decided to put a large bathroom rug in the washer. I have a brand new washer and dryer and when I got home the rug was soaking wet and is much to big and heavy for the dryer. I would not have washed this rug at home due to its size. I am not happy about that and I will make it clear next time that I do not want anything put in the washer/dryer at all. I do plan on using them again and they are scheduled to come out in a week or so for biweekly cleanings, and I'll see how that goes. There is a language barrier and texting is a good way to communicate with Sueli. I recommend there services, but I would probably advise that someone be the with them the first time they clean so that you can answer questions and make sure that there are no miscommunications. UPDATE: The company has come to my house several times since my first review. I'm happy with the quality of their work. My fiancé did verify that more helpers showed up on the next visit and had come later on the first visit. I would recommend this company to my friends.
