Water Wonders

Wanted to find someone who would meticulously clean the moss and mold off our roof and home. This was not our first Rodeo. Another company from Delaware came a few years ago. Their tech spent about two hours here and pronounced the work done. It was not a good experience. Bill Catagnus contacted us right after our inquiry and looked over our property, reporting back to me on his findings. He took an almost studious approach to examining our needs and came up with a price that was less than our first experience. Then, the work commenced and he spent most of the day at his tasks. Another project that we added on was our deck and he took most of the following day accomplishing that....including the rebuild of a stone patio preceding the deck. Our place has never looked so good and the work that Bill did was worth every penny we paid. I recommend Bill and his gel process very highly. If you use him, I'm sure that he will exceed your expctations by far.

Can't say enough about the job performed by Bill at Water Wonders. He gave us a good price. On the day of the job he showed up early and finished the job on time. I don't even think he took a break. Moreover, he did a bit more than we contracted him to do--little things like cleaning the mailbox post, for instance. A very professional job. He cleaned all the years of accumulated crud off our siding and now we glisten in the sunshine!

We had our house power washed about 3 years ago. That contractor used high pressure and plain water. We were satisfied with the job at that time. We had been looking to get our house done again but had been unable to make a decision among the high number of "A" ratings on Angies's List. Last Thursday we saw Water Wonders doing a neighbors house and were very impressed with the work and asked Mr. Catagnus for a quote. We were impressed that the quote included a walk around the house and a detailed explanation of what would be done and how it would be done. The attention to plumbing and electrical/cable exits and entry was much appreciated. Noting of cracked or broken siding and a promise to seal such cracks was a pleasant surprise. While the quote was higher than we really wanted to spend the finished look of our neighbor's house convinced us to go with Water Wonders. We are extremely pleased with the results. The attention to detail in corners and places that tend to hold and hide dirt was impressive. Our house looks brand new. We will be calling Water Wonders the next time we need an exterior wash.

I originally contacted the vendor after looking at reviews on Angie's list. My wife is very particular (to the point of annoying :-) ) about using environmentally safe products. William answered all the questions and she was comfortable with us proceeding. The work was to begin promptly Saturday morning and it did. Bill took the time to educate us on exactly what to expect and although the solution was deemed to be environmentally acceptable he wanted all cars out of the driveway and blocked it off to keep anyone from coming in. When he started the project he did considerably more work than what we contracted him for including a small section of the roof we thought should be replaced. When he was complete and after we saw the results when everything was dry, we decided to have him come back and complete the front and side of the house. So yes to answer the question would we use him again, we are.

The front of the house is north and was years overdue for a cleaning. I didn't want a hard power wash because of the damage that can do if not done properly. Someone told me about Soft Washing so I looked it up on Angie's List to find a company with a good reputation.I contacted Water Wonders and left a voice message and Bill returned my call that night. He immediately provided me an estimate over the phone which was emailed to me along with insurance certificates, etc. I called two other companies to acquire estimates, one responded, the other never returned my call. I went with Water Wonders because of his overall rating, professionalism and willingness to accommodate my schedule. I was thrilled with his work ethic and the results of the job. I highly recommend this company for any service they provide. Excellent!

Water Wonders was unbelievable. He came out gave a quote. He carefully expliained how he was going to do the job and why. He scheduled a time and showed up on time. Was very careful. Job was complete and I paid him. He came back a few days later because he was not satisfied with a section. He came back on his own time and completely re -cleaned the section he was not happy with. I HAVE NEVER HAD A CONTRACTOR COME BACK BECAUSE HE WAS NOT HAPPY. AGAIN UNBELIEVABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing work! Removed the "moss" growth from the roof exactly as he described. He said the roof would look like new and it did! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has those black streaks on your roofing shingle. Anyone with those black streaks knows exactly what I'm talking about!

He immediately came to my house after calling and provided references and a written proposal and price. I agreed to the proposal and the work was scheduled. Upon arrival, we reviewed the scope of the work and he explained his process in detail. He worked very hard and was very careful with ladders, etc. He helped me move heavy items off my deck. He stopped if necessary to answer all my questions. He cleaned up completely after finishing. All the work was above my expectations. He did some additional cleaning of my front and back concrete stoops and walkways. He called the next day to followup to make sure that I was satisfied.

We are very pleased with their work. They are a good company with good people.

From the first moment we were in contact with Bill we knew it was going to be a wonderful transaction. He was direct, honest and told us exactly what to expect. We have been dealing with a moss issue on our roo for years and thought there would be no solution to fixing it because we were told any powerwashing of roofing shingles could potentially compromise the grit and integrity of the roofing materials. Not only did Bill dispel that myth in words, he proved it in his product. When I pulled into our driveway that night, I thought he misunderstood me and replaced the whole roof. It was an amazing transformation! Truly NIGHT and DAY!! It was clean and Bill restored the roofing materials to their original look when we first had the roof installed 10 years ago! I really could not believe the difference!! I can't stress enough how wonderful it was to deal with Bill. We had received a flyer, that Bill ( Water Wonders) sent out, last fall. He indicated that he could do whole house power washing or just the North side, which does not get much sun therefore, Algae becomes a problem. We called Bill to have a free estimate, he returned our call and came over the same day. He was very courteous and professional. Bill explained everything he would do and gave a written quote on the spot. He also quoted our neighbor. Within several days we were scheduled and work was completed. We were very pleased with the outcome. Bill was very thorough and neat. He had me check his work to be sure we were happy with the results before taking payment. We called Bill the next day to come back to give us a quote on some pruning. He will also be doing that for us. We would highly recommend Water Wonders to our friends and neighbors. In fact, a gentleman from another neighborhood saw Bill's sign and stopped to ask about his services. I told him we were very pleased and he wrote down his information to call.

Bill is great. He showed up for the free estimate promptly. He then went through his whole process with me explaining exactly what he was going to do and why it should be done this way. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to hard sell us into signing that moment. He had no problem with us taking our time and reviewing everything. His price was a bit more that the other estimates we had gotten but we felt it was more than fair and his attention to details made us select him. We felt that he would do the best job immediately and that his results would last far longer than anyone else's. It was offering us a longer term solution not just a temporary cosmetic fix. Bill showed up on time and when our project didn't take as long as he had expected, he asked if there was anything else he could do for us to finish out the day. He also noticed a few minor problems with our roof and took it upon himself to fix. We did not have extra shingles so he made sure that he went to the hardware store to pick up a few he thought would match before he returned to finish our job. Bill went above and beyond our expectations. He really went the extra mile as the saying goes. We will definitely be using Bill again.

Bill did an amazing job! Our home had not been powerwashed in 18 years! It was covered in dirt and even had mold on it in some spots. When Bill was done our home looked like it was new again! Bill really cares about doing the best job he can. He is professional, courteous, and meticulous about his work. He came out right away to give us a proposal and did the job when he said he would. We would definitely hire him again.

The work went excellent. I called him and he responded very quickly to a postcard he left at our mailbox. He even came out the same day for the estimate and then started to work the very next day. He was a very nice guy. He was very thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the products he was using, explained what he was using, and how he would do it. The guy worked extremely hard. The roof looks amazing. He was very inexpensive.
