I spoke to this contractor over the phone and explained what I was looking for - A free quote to refinish my basement and bathroom. The contractor advised they could come out the following day between 11:30am - 12:30pm. The contractor never showed, called, or messaged me. A big inconvenience as I have a busy schedule. I would not recommend even calling this contractor.

Everything went very well. Ron is very professional and accurate with estimates. Work was completed in fully satisfactory manner. Installer was also very knowledgeable with the work and professional.

Professional and personable. Answered all “dumb”questions cheerfully.

We suffered a massive leak in our kitchen that led to mold in our walls but Ron's company was able to get out and fix it in a relatively short time with professional and affordable work leaving us with a wonderful brand new kitchen with nowhere near the debt I expected. Ron and his crew are so good I recommended them to my mother to have her remodeling done. I don't think I'll go to anybody else for any other problems we need taken care of.

We hired Express Home Improvements for a complete kitchen remodel, including a non-loadbearing wall and header removal. I'm so happy with product, from start to finish. Ron responded immediately to my inquiry, and remained responsive, kept me informed, and was happy to answer a million questions and deal with a number of change requests throughout the entire process. I was provided with a detailed quote for my bathroom and gameroom. I appreciated the website that mapped out my selections, changes, financials and schedule and was updated daily. Once demo was complete - a number of issues were identified (and very obvious!!), structural issues, a missing subfloor in my bathroom, live electrical in the walls… Ron worked with me through a number of options, corrected the problems and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He went above and beyond. Ron, Dane, the painters, plumbers and electricians were prompt, very meticulous, polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Express Home Improvements- they will not disappoint! I plan to use the again in the near future for additional renovations.
