Description of Work: I did not use this company, but they did come out to my home to provide me with an estimate. The estimate was very fair and mid-range for installing a french drain and sump pump. However, afterwards they continually called me several times per week and on weekends to inquire about moving forward on the job. I finally called the owner back and she wanted to know which company I went with, and when I told her, she tried explaining why my choice may not have been the best. I felt somewhat manipulated and would therefore not recommend anyone even get an estimate with this company.

Description of Work: Representative came to my home and evaluated my basement. No work was required. However, I was impressed with the professionalism of the representative and would use them in the future if I need their services.

Description of Work: They put in sub-pump and that works great, I've had several "armchair quarterbacks" who've come in and demonstrated some some comings of craftsmanship. | |I have had issues with pipes bursting and placement of water run-off, but it's doing mainly what it needs to do keep water out of our basement and lots of it especially when all our snow melted, the burst pipes gave us a real insight into how much water.

Description of Work: Internal French drains. Didn't do all that I wanted. Came back later and would complete job for extra charge. Forced me to go to another company. Price was good for what was done. Quality of work fair to poor (concrete base cracking in all locations). Courteous when contacted initially but less than courteous after work was done. Would not recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: the field workers were really professional and courteous. had some issues with office staff, not wanting to do all the walls in the contract. my issue was the footer was looking bad, and they didn't want the responsibility, which I understand. they supposedly gave me a discount for my issue. and we agreed. in the perfect basement it probably would have been smoother.

Description of Work: I had water leaks in my garage and basement. I've heard horror stories about waterproofing companies so was expecting the worst when the inspector, Mark Young, arrived. My trepidation could not have been more unfounded. Mark was polite and professional. He pointed out that the garage leak was most likely caused by a clogged downspout, and the basement by a leaky faucet tucked in a ceiling recess. He said he'd be happy to jack-hammer the concrete floors and install a sump pump...but the problem could probably be resolved by my plumber. Called the plumber, and $205 later the problem was fixed. Though I did not have to use Advanced Basement Solutions, I was very impressed by their honesty and professionalism - and would certainly call them again should the need ever arise.

Description of Work: They provided an internal french drain system to keep our basement dry. They dug up the concrete floor around the perimeter; installed drain system; installed sump pump; new concrete; commercial mold treatment on walls; cleaned and hauled away debris.

Description of Work: Great company and would have went with them except a local company price matched and gave me an additional product. I didn't let advance beat that price but if I did I'm sure that might have changed my mind

Description of Work: This company does not do external waterproofing. Their ad says they do and when you call they say they do. The person who came to give me an estimate told me they only say that because they think once they get there that they can convince you to do internal waterproofing instead. I did not appreciate having my time wasted. I still give them a decent grade for all other parts of the process.

Description of Work: Although I didn't use the services, Chris provided me information on installation of sub pump for future. He suggested solutions to my existing problem, which I thought was out of the ordinary for a contractor. He guaranteed a price for one year and I thought that was a fair price. I would definitely use the company if my problem worsens. Great guy.
