My problem was somewhat in the original quotation. I explain my problem indicating I did not want to spend any more money than I have to. The quote was $3500. The installation was installed professionally on Thursday, May 20. On the following Monday, we had a torrential rainfall and the result was complete flooding of my basement. The pressure of the rain coming through the wall missed the French drain entirely. I called and complained to the owner and had a heated discussion. Since I had a closing sale date on the property hi paid another $450 to have the company install plastic sheeting on the walls which were completed and done also professionally. Before they installed the plastic sheeting and I had them demonstrate its capability by holding a small section of the plastic to be installed and attaching a water hose between the wall and the plastic it proved successful and they completed the installation.

Real Pros. They arrived a tad early and I asked them to not start pounding out the basement floor until 8 am. At 8:01 they started. French drain Project finished completely at 12:15. I’ve waited until the next big rain which happened on Monday am. Torrents of rain and basement is bone dry. Exactly as promised.

They were very professional and meticulous.

Fantastic company - highly recommend! We hired them to reroute our driveway speed drain when it failed the cityâ s dye test. They were able to accommodate our tight time frame to complete the work before closing on the house AND they recommended a better solution to the issue than the city foreman. They also placed a steel cover on the sump pump in the garage so that it could withstand the weight of the car. Other companies that provided estimates on the job did not even think of this, nor did they come up with the innovative solution that Chris did. First rate service. Total professionals and a class act through the whole process. This company was a Godsend for us! Thank you, Tara, Chris, Leo and crew for such a wonderful experience!

This is the second time we have hired this company and both times they have been prompt and very professional. We had French drains and a sump pump installed in the basement. They completed the work in 4-1/2 hours and cleaned everything up. We had very little to do afterwards. Excellent crew!

Very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We had wall anchors installed in our basement to prevent our block foundation from bending further. The crew are very hard workers. The project was just finished and seems to be holding up well.

Cellar cleanup could have been better. Several wall anchors and 2 I-beams were installed on a bowing cellar wall. The I-beams are very rusty. This may be unacceptable to a lot of people. All employees were very polite. I am content with the final result.

Good final product on wall anchors & basement drain; hard working team on work that is labor intensive.

They did a great job. The job was done fast. We have had significant rain's since and have had no problems. We are very pleased with the work done.

I hired Advanced because of their fair pricing. Their bid was not the cheapest and not the highest. The gentlemen that came(sorry I don't remember his name) but he gave good advice. Tara was wonderful with scheduling and making sure the job was done perfectly. They are a famliy owned business and it shows.

We got estimates from multiple companies. Although Advanced wasn't the cheapest their pricing was very competitive. We chose them because of the way Bill treated us. He came out multiple times to review the job even on a weekend! I felt that he was very honest as compared to some of the other companies we considered. He also did not trash talk the competition, which the others did. He was very to-the-point and did not try to oversell or high pressure us. My wife and I also felt like the people working their phones where super friendly and helpful, which was another reason we decided to go with them. We were very concerned about our septic lines being busted. Their team was great. They were on time, ready-to-work, polite, hard-working, and careful not to damage our underground plumbing. They also got the job done faster than expected and did not leave a mess. So far everything turned out great system is working and we are extremely satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to others.

Advanced Basement Solutions did come out today and reviewed and hopefully resolved the issue. The sump pumps are doing their job successfully.

We contacted 3 professionals recommended by Home Advisor to have a sump pump installed in our basement, along with an interior french drain along 1 wall. All professionals called to schedule the "free inspection/quote" relatively quickly and we had our first sales/inspection visit the day after initial contact was made. The salesman/inspector from that company (DID NOT HIRE THEM) WAS very friendly, but the pricing seemed quite steep for the job. We had done SOME research and the price quote she was providing was essentially for the cadillac of sump pumps (we're really Ford people, don't need the sump pump to connect to our smartphone to send alerts, etc.) That 1st estimate was OVER DOUBLE what we ACTUALLY PAID to have the work completed - and we actually had MORE WORK done than was proposed by the 1st company. The only difference between that company and the company we ultimately hired, Advanced Basement Solutions, Inc. (ABS), was that ABS was frank with us about our needs and the cost and the product. There was no "high pressure" sales tactic of "my boss will give you 10% or 15% off if you sign today and schedule it for next week/tomorrow", etc. They were very reasonably priced, very professional in their workmanship and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing basement waterproofing services! I honestly can't say enough good things about this company!

A-ONE job and I am completely satisfied and they were very professional and very fair in their cost. I am very happy their professional work and the results were very good. They were in and out in six hours and I hardly knew they were there. The best I’ve ever seen!!!!!
