I didn't know this gentleman or his company, I did a google search for Real Estate Appraisers in the area. From the beginning the communication was great, he responded very quickly with great follow up. We met at the property at the day and time we arranged, he did his work and said we would have our report in 7 to 10 day, within 5 day we had our report which was very professionally done.

Ed was prompt and delivered the appraisal quickly.
