Very prompt and friendly. We only got their summary appraisal which is cheaper than a full-blown one. A big component of this was comps and dimensions, which we can do ourselves. It didnt mention gorgeous street we are on. Many people volunteer that were on the prettiest street in Mt. Lebanon.

Accent Realty was flexible with their schedule and were understanding that a family member needed to be present for appraisal of our parents house. They were prompt, courteous and carried out the appraisal quickly. Turn-around time for the appraisal report was less than one week. Wonderful customer service in this day and age!

Very prompt but defensive when I asked follow up questions on the comps. I have five years experience with mortgages for a large financial institution so I have reviewed hundreds of appraisals. I had some genuine questions and the response I received was condescending.
