Went very well overall.

After I called for an estimate Ray came out within a week of my call and I received the estimate within two days following his visit. I called him a couple of weeks after receiving the estimate and asked several questions about the work, which he answered satisfactorily. Due to weather he wasn't able to come do the work for a couple of weeks. He called me the Friday before and told me he could start the work on Monday. The job took three days total and everything looks great. His price was the lowest by far of the estimates I received, however he was incredibly hard to understand, especially when on the telephone. Even with the low price, I considered not using him because of this. However, I re-read the reviews on Angie's list and because they were all good reports I chose him anyway. I am glad I did. He will be back next week to remove the forms and fill with topsoil and grass seed.

They did a great job and we were really pleased with them. The porch is on top of a cellar that has glass block windows. He told us before he started jack hammering that the windows had a couple of cracks in them. The jack hammering they did caused a couple of more cracks so he went out and bought us new windows and had them put in before his crew was back. He did not charge us for them either.

Asked for estimate, received one - and then after accepting estimate work was scheduled for the following Monday, and finished three days later. Wonderful job and my neighbors think so too, and have asked for endorsement, which I was only too happy to give. Well pleased with the entire experience and will not hesitate to use this contractor again.

They were very neat with the work and cleaned the mess up well. The leveled the porch so the water would drain off to the side. We liked the work they had done for us before so we called them again. The angle at the end of the driveway was off due to the asphalt that was done after the first driveway. I had mentioned this to the worker and they took care of it and actually made a lip so that if this occurred again we would still have a good angle at the end of the driveway. When they were finished they put dirt down all around so it would be leveled it and planted grass seed. They brought at least six men and they came and stayed on task and got it done quickly.

They did a wonderful job. They were in and out. The price ended up being what the estimated price had been. I have already recommended them to others.

They very professional. They did a excellent job. They were very kind. He did a job on our patios. I was very impressed with the work that they did to our home.

Theirs was the best bid from three contractors. Without Angie's List, it is unlikely that we would have run across this company, since they are not located very close to us. Mr. Ray Leonard, the owner, promptly came out and evaluated the job. He showed us pictures of many of his previous jobs, and in a few days gave us a written estimate. He indicated he could start the job in about 3 weeks. Due to weather, it was put off an additional week and a half. The crew took 4 days to complete the job and then came back 10 days later to remove the deck supports and finish the landscaping. The crew was very competent and personable. They did not seem to mind my hovering around and checking the forms. However, I had little to offer since they did the job exactly according to my specifications. Mr. Leonard stopped by once or twice just to check in but there were no problems. We are very pleased with the results.

He was on time, very nice and professional. He sent me a written estimate with out me having to bug him. His estimate was a bit higher than the previous estimates I had received from another company. There was a bit of confusion about the type of ramp we wanted and he came back and corrected the issue with no questions asked.

Ray Leonard (owner)gave accurate estimate. I got quite a lot for my money. His crew was very personable and diligent and if they weren't working because of weather, they let me know. The job was very professional and well done. We did have a couple of creative differences. I listened to him as to his reasoning for a different way to do things (ramp verses steps), but in the end he did exactly as I wanted and I and my neighbors are very pleased with the project's outcome. He is a diamond in the rough and talks extremely fast, but by the second day I was able to keep up with how fast he talks. He doesn't mind when you ask him to repeat himself either. Be aware though, these guys start early in the morning (about 7:15 am). I also requested some tweaking to the concrete forms prior to pouring due to my dog's cable, and they were very obliging. I watched them work daily and they didn't mind. I don't think you can go wrong with this company. They were great and some days I was awful!

Returned phone message promptly, within a couple of days. Was willing to handle my small job, when several contractors did not even call back. Will definitely call him for bigger jobs in the future.

We were very satisfied with this company! The work they did was just great! They were very efficient, finished the job in 2 days and cleaned up immediately afterwards. They also landscaped around the new concrete. We have received many compliments on their work!

The work was well done. Mr. Leonard was honest and dependable, and his quote was substantially lower than others I received.

Once work began, this group of men were hear on the job everyday, including rain. Any questions or concerns were addressed ASAP. The finish job is beautiful. We had people stopping by to look at the job and request the company's information. From what we hear, they had three jobs from the work they did at our home.
