The work was good, they were very professional, it was a reasonable price.

It was all good, and I was very happy with them, I then had a contractor install it, and he did not do such a good job. They should get a better installer. The price was good, and I had checked it against two other companies.

They were 60% cheaper than another company. It's a small family owned company and they take the time that the big companies can't do. They were there when they said they would be there and they did exactly what they said they would do.

Joe is fantastic- he's very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He's there if you need him for any questions and will allow you to browse at your leisure. I know because I spent quite a few mornings there looking through all the remnants and then through all the special order samples!! They have a great selection of remnants, from indoor outdoor to high end carpeting. The selection is always changing. He's also able to cut down larger remnants for smaller rooms sizes too, which I had done. He carries only the best padding since a good pad helps carpeting last longer. They also carry special order carpeting with thousands of samples to look through! Joe will also come to measure at no extra charge, unlike the big box stores. So far I've had two bedrooms done with remnants I chose. I opted to have the installers move all the furniture from the rooms, and remove and haul away the old carpet. They swept the floor and removed all the old padding staples, then laid the new pad and carpet and vacuumed when they were done. The installations on both bedrooms went smoothly, quickly and look beautiful. I have two more areas to do- I'm spreading the timing out since the small breakables need to be packed away before the installers can move the furniture. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Remnant World to anyone who needs any type of carpeting. Joe is the best- friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable about all things carpet. He's been a joy to work with. I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my rooms done in the next two weeks and I known they'll be done just as well as the bedrooms were. Update 10/26/11 The carpeting has all been installed now and I'm thrilled. The dining room was done perfectly. The installers are the best, making sure every tiny detail is just right. They gave me time to do my damp mop of the floor before they installed the new carpet and when they were all done they vacuumed and hauled all the trash, including the old carpeting, away. Nothing was left here for me to put out on garbage day-something I really appreciate! The living room, stairs and hall took the longest since it was a big area to do. They were extremely careful when moving my furniture, especially my curio cabinet. Of course everything including shelves had been removed from it, but it still is a giant glass and mirror filled curio and they didn't want to damage it. They even tilted my TV cabinet so I could stick some permanent sliders under it! Again they gave me time to damp mop everything before the new flooring went down. Another perfect job down to the last little detail. The seams where the hall carpet meets the bedrooms were done so well and look wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Remnant World - Joe and his installers are top notch professionals!

Purchasing the carpet was a very easy process. I took the room measurements with me, and the representative directed me to several rows of carpeting that meet my needs. He allowed me as much time as needed to browse and answered questions in detail regarding installation and various qualities of the remnants that they had. We discussed it and agreed that i could do this install myself, and he helped me load the carpet into my suv and i was quickly on my way. I have put the carpet in place and it looks great.

I got this recommendations from my neighbors. I went to their shop and picked through the carpets to find something liked. They sent the installer out after that. I was impressed by how well they did around the banisters. It was like a work of art. You can't see any connections, and you know it had to be cut and put back together again. They were right on schedule; no problems at all. They did a really good job!

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS VERY WELL DONE AND CLEAN UP WAS PERFECT. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE AND HAPPY WITH THE DESIGN OF CARPET THEY HELPED US PICK OUT. THE SELECTION AT THE STORE IS HUGE AND WIDESPREAD. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
