MyWay Mobile Storage

There were no real issues with service, my only complaint is that the storage containers a very flimsy. Thin wood covered with a heavy canvas like material. While the units were at our property we had a thunder storm, the wind caught the cover and racked the whole unit off center making it very difficult to open /close the door.

They were punctual, the pod was in good shape and kept our things dry and in good shape. They were very professional with every contact.

Many local moving companies would have charged my family three, four, or five times the amount I paid MyWay to store my furniture and household valuables. In addition, the moving company would have required us to use them to move the furniture into storage, which would have been another large costs. Using MyWay was such an econmically feasible alternative to a moving company. Plus, our furniture and household goods were in near perfect condition when we pulled them out of the storage pods five months later!!!! Many moving companies cannot claim that good of a job.All I need to say is MyWay . . . . All the Way!!!!

Contact was initiated through their national website. I received a call back from one of their customer service representatives within an hour. A delivery time and date was mutually agreed on and they arrived within minutes of that time. The storage units were clean and dry and set exactly where requested. When we were finished with them, the pick up went as smoothly as the delivery. Everyone I spoke with, Amanda, Max and John, were very friendly and obviously loved their jobs. It really was a pleasure to deal with them.

Excellent. No problem. I used pods like emergency happening around the house, they came here like as fast as possible and the price was reasonable. They came and got them, no problems at all. Good, no complains.

Great customer service.

It was so easy! I called the office and scheduled a drop off. The driver (Rich) called on the day to let me know he was on his way. He was on-time and put the unit in front of our garage for loading. A few days later, I called to have the unit picked back up. Again, Rich called on his way over, and showed up as scheduled. The unit was stored for us until we sold our house. They brought it back when I requested, and picked it back up once it was emptied. The customer service at this company is by far the best I've encountered. Absolutely awesome to have nice people working with you when you're going through a stressful time in life (selling a house/moving). The people at MyWay made the entire process a smooth/positive experience.
