Description of Work: Removed 3 huge pine trees, ground out stump and removed visible roots of 1 pine. Took several hours on a horribly hot day. Clean up was great. Except for the bare areas left when trees were removed, you would never have known they were there. They came back about 2 weeks later to grind out the stump. Very friendly!

Description of Work: J.D. Landscaping submitted an estimate for work we wanted done in our back yard. Though we ended up choosing a different contractor, it was a very close call. This business definitely impressed us with punctuality, professionalism, their price quote and responsiveness. I feel that companies that do a good job with estimates -- surely a thankless endeavor -- ought to get recognized for that. I hope others consider or choose this company in the future.

Description of Work: John has been removing snow from my 75 foot drive way and sidewalk since winter started. He is reasonable, comes on time and removes snow as requested (anything more than 2 inches). However, with the incredible snow storm the first week in February and subsequent snow later that week, my driveway was totally blocked and impassable. John came over and with a partner removed the 30+ inches of snow, cleared out my trash cans and made a wide path across my sidewalk so that my sister's wheelchair could get through. He also plowed back the snow from the edge of the street so that there would be at least one parking space in front of my house.
