We then pursued other providers of this services and now have a great looking and secure roof. |

Description of Work: Craig Gouker Roofing put a new roof on my home. I received Craig's name from another referral who indicated he did great work and looked up the name on Angie's List so I felt I was in good hands. During the time the crew was here, they were very professional, organized and did an excellent job with cleanup. Ryan ran the crew and he had a lot of experience as well making sure things were running smoothly. I called them early in the season as I know with all contractors, their time can get filled early to mid season with all of their requests so I was able to get my roof done at the time I needed it. Craig did a great job in trying to make sure it was done on the date I requested as I was having an awning instead right after the roofing job. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to others as I was very pleased with their work!

Description of Work: tried twice, same response, to busy for my job--3 leaking roofs - felt like he was only interested in big, easy money jobs-any one of the 3 houses could have needed new roofs, 2 did--used someone else

Description of Work: Put caulking around flashings and vents hoping to fix roof leak...did not work. Suggested having chimney regroutted if still leaking. Will try next, probably didn't need to spend the money on him, leak still the same, did do the work as promised

Description of Work: As far as I'M concerned, Gouker & Co. are the absolute best. They weren't the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. Their quality however is unsurpassed. Quality is ALWAYS cheaper in the long run. You simply can't go wrong with these guys.

Description of Work: I called Craig and left a message. He called me back the next day. I wanted to have the shingles replaced on my home next spring. Craig indicated that he did not install the brand of shingles that I wanted. But he suggested that I go to the manufacturers website and check on preferred installers. He was very polite and professional.

Description of Work: I did not actually use this company for roofing, but of the 20+ providers that I contacted for roofing work on Angie's list, Craig was in the minority as far as people that WOULD EVEN RETURN MY CALL. He politely told me that he had enough work for the rest of the year. Perhaps that was the problem in people not returning my call at this time of the year, but he was one of the 2 people that had the courtesy and professionalism to tell me so.
