Description of Work: We needed to have our driveway, front path, back patio and adjacent retaining walls pressure-washed.

 + -1 moreWhen I called Walter, he gave me an estimate on the phone. For a complete home to be washed it would be approximately $300.00. However, since I only needed two sides of the siding done on my house, Walter worked with me on providing a price for just the two sides. He gave me a date as to when he could do the job. He explained how he would be doing the work and what solutions he would use to get the algae off. I called a couple other providers, but one did not seem to be knowledgeable of the work he would be doing and the other provider gave me a lengthy date before he could even do the work. I called Walter back and hired him for the job. He came at the time he designated. He hooked up his equipment. All I had to provide was the water. He did the pressure washing just as he explained to me on the phone. He never over-sprayed any other area on my house. Before he put his equipment away, he double checked his work and even asked me if I was satisfied that all algae was off of the siding. He did a GREAT job!! He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will hire him again!
Description of Work: Walter Thornton (owner) pressure washed two sides of the siding on my house. The siding had a build-up of algae from a few years of not being cleaned. Also, my house is a two-story, on a hillside, which makes it extremely difficult to reach with a small pressure washer. Walter did an exceptional job cleaning with solution and his commercial pressure washer. He removed every last bit of algae from the siding.
