The guys showed up on time, diagnosed the blockage as the drain pipe being frozen, then started working on solutions. It took a while, but they were able to fix it and put everything back together. They worked neatly and cleaned up when finished. I would hire them again.

Very efficient. They repaired kitchen faucet, replaced laundry water valve and added water line needed for new clothes steam dryer. Reasonable rates.

I returned home from vacation only to find that my bathroom tub and sink drains were clogged. My old plumber was no longer in business, and I found Brickhaas Plumbing on the Home Advisor website. Glad I did! Gary, the owner, and his associate,came the same day and were in and out in less 45 minutes. They cleaned up the mess, and the price was fair, too! Yes, I'd recommend Brickhaas Plumbing.

My tank-less water heater wouldn't heat water to really hot temperatures, just lukewarm. I called around 5 different plumbing companies (all of which said they didn't service tank-less water heaters), before I found Gerry. I appreciated that he was forward about having some experience with tank-less heaters, but that they just aren't as popular as hot water tanks, so I knew he may or may not be able to fix it. I talked to him about my problem for about 2 minutes, and he was at my house and ready to work in 30 minutes. He and his buddy worked with it for about an hour, and now I have HOT water. Three things I liked about the service: (1) eagerness to work / troubleshoot a problem, (2) very fast response time, and (3) within my budget range. I will call them next time next time I have a plumbing problem.
