+ -1 moreIt went well. He was on time, punctual. He seemed to know what he was doing. It took him one or two or three clicks to stop the issue that I was having on my computer. In thirty minutes he was done. I am satisfied with the service, but on my next computer I am going to give his service another try so I can really compare.

+ -1 moreI have a new laptop coming in next month and I don’t even need to take it out of the box and I’ll just ask him to do it, it’s a magic. The guy’s name is Matt Lipay. I spend about $40 to $80. They are very knowledgeable. They’ve taught me a lot about the computers. If I call and ask a question, they answer. I’ve never had any problems with my computers. I took it over once and had them put the antivirus and all that kind of stuff. When I was a secretary for an organization, he used to take care of their computers. Whenever I’ve needed him to come down to upgrade certain software or if I’ve had a problem with one of the computers not running right, he has come right here all the time. I would use them again in the future.
