The job seemed good at first but then about a month later we found they had paved over some branches from a globe arbrovite along the edge of the drive. I called and called and Carmen the owner never called back. After mailing pictures and threatening to go to the state attorney general his brother finally came around and tried to apologize and smooth things over. He did a repair that is somewhat rough on the area. It has been 10 months and the drive already has some cracks on the edges. I would not use them again. I think they give a 2 year warranty but it is only as good as the people who stand behind it and I suspect they would not come back after the trouble I had getting them out the last time.

He called and said he would be here the following day and he was. He said he would have the estimate to me the following day, which it was. I am on his list for when the weather is conducive to do the driveway. To me that is just top notch. To return my call to get back to me, and give me an estimate and tell me when it will get done. I was truly impressed. I thought it is a fair estimate. He has to wait for the weather to warm up.

They were supposed to build up the edges so that the wheels of our tractor wouldn’t sink down, but they didn’t. They edges on the driveway started to crumble and they came out to do some repairs, but they didn’t the best job. They were professional about coming out to do the initial job, but when I called them to do the repairs they questioned the end of our warranty. They said they might not be able to come out before the warranty runs out and then their responsiveness declined.
