I needed an electrical job done ASAP and Mr. Hammond agreed to come on last Sunday early AM to help me. He called on Sat AM and let me know of a time opening that afternoon, I accepted, he came on time and finished the job in a flash for a reasonable fee, and I am very satisfied with his work and honesty. Chuck called Friday around 1pm to let me know he couldn't make the 5 pm appointment and we rescheduled for Saturday AM at 8. Chuck called at 8 am to say he would be there in a few minutes and he did. Chuck was able to locate the problem with my outdoor outlet and repaired it in less than an hour. I would say great communication and desire to deliver excellent service. I would hire Hammond electric again.
