I had my thermal expansion tank go, and England's came out to fix it. The plumber was prompt, efficient and professional. He was very up front, explaining the reasons the tank may have failed. In the end, he just had to replace the tank as it had ruptured from old age, but it was comforting that he made the effort to avoid any potential surprises for the customer.

I called late Saturday night, and arranged for Sunday service. He showed up right on time and cleared my main sewer line blockage very quickly. He also gave me a bit of pro bono advice on another minor issue. Charles was very professional. I would use him again for any and all plumbing projects.

Excellent customer service and very clean and neat installation work. They provided advice on some other potential issues/improvements I had.

They were quick to respond, it took awhile to identify the leak but finally got the job done. There were alot of issues on escalating costs and some issues with putting the charge on my card before I actually authorized the expense.

Great repsonse time, fantastic tach, great to deal with - WAY,WAY more than i thought the cost would be. I was told up front before he started work which i appreciated. Unfortunately, when you are without water, you are really not in a position to "shop around". Seemed like a huge cost for a 1/2 horse pump - again, very happy with response and repair, just still in SHOCK regarding cost.

Once they Diagnoised the problem they explained exactly what they were going to do, their prices were up front,, I don't know if its procedure but i had the owner of the company on the job ,, they were on time explained the membership that is available warranty and any questions i may have. Being a women i thought i would be taken advantage of but it wasn't that way at all they took the time to answer all my questions no matter how small or insignificant they thought they were.
