Came out the next day, on time, cost was good, and work done well.

Pre-Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Gas) knob was on pilot. The serviceman turn the knob to "ON" position and charged me $99.00. This could be solved if your customer service associate told me on phone to turn the knob to "ON" position. I would have saved $99.00.

Charlie was wonderful, prompt, professional and detailed in his explanation of the work.

I called in for an emergency water pipe repair at 2PM on a Friday. I was contacted within 10 minutes from England PHC. Charles showed up 20 minutes later and had the water pipe fixed and up and running in no time. The price was fair and customer service and quality was above average. If you need a good plumber call them!!

Prompt response. Performed work the same day as quote was received. Replaced two exterior spigots and I was pressure washing the next day! Very pleased.
