They was awesme. I had a renovation nightmare because I had to fire the last GC. The GC had his own plumber who was supposed to be a master plumber. My job had to sit for over 6 months because of how bad the plumbing was. Every plumbing that I interviewed either turned down the job or price was so high because of work that needed to be done. England came looked over everything ( inspected and went far then anyone). After going thru the last 6 plus months I knew I found the right plumber I needed to get my job done. He keep me informed about job and even when they arrived daily. awesome job

Gave a small service time window (10am to 12 noon) so I didn't have to wait around all day. Said he would call as he left the previous job. He called at 10am. Said he'd be there in 30 minutes. Showed up right on time. Friendly, couteous, efficient and completed the entire job (and added an outdoor gas shut off valve) in under 30 minutes. I doesn't get any better than that.

Charles was professional and very pleasant to work with. HE explained the work to me very well and was very flexible with our schedules. His work quality was very good. He also took time to explain the gas piping in my house and made sure I understood all relervant details before leaving.His charges were reasonable. I am glad we hired him for this project.

Immediate response to plugged sewage line into septic system. Contractor was intelligent and courteous. Properly diagnosed the problem in short order and repaired. Immediate clean up. I will call them the next time there is a plumbing problem at my home.

Charles was excellent to work with. We needed a toilet repair on our rental house, one that a previous contractor was supposed to have fixed. Thank Goodness for England's Plumbing and Heating! In 2012/2013 I hired a company to fix my business's heater, and after 2 emergency visits and 2 more additional repair appts. (and a huge bill) they declared my heater fixed! As the temperatures dropped again this winter, the same problem arose. This time I hired England's. They responded right away, and within one visit diagnosed and fixed the issue for good. Since then we have had no problems, the heat has never worked better. Their quick response time to my emergency repair, attention to detail, and professionalism is second to none.
