They were amazing! Charles returned the call promptly..was in the area and came over to assess the problem at no charge! Said he could return that day or first thing next morning!! Charles even dealt VERY kindly and professionally with a contentious husband!!! Explaining everything as he went along :) . We will be turning over the upkeep of air conditioning, heating and plumbing to him! VERY positive experience!!

They show up on time, they get the work done in the agreed timeframe and they cleanup the workspace. Plus they are very knowledgeable and answer all your questions. 100% satisfied with their work!

The work phase has not yet begun. We received an assessment of what needs to be done and the cost. However, we are very pleased with the information that we have received from Charles England as he is extremely knowledgeable about our environment. We plan to move forward with this project.

I have no idea what others would have charged but he was prompt, upfront with all information and I felt he was very HONEST and in today's world that is hard to come by from a contractor. Great experience - Came by to check what he would need for the job so he would have the parts with him when he did the Work. His price was almost 1/2 the other quotes received. But his knowledge and professionalism far exceed the other contractors. I am so happy I used Home Advisor and England Plumbing.

My husband had done most of the work himself, but just could not get the well to hold pressure. Charles came out and within minutes knew what was wrong. He also told my husband how to fix it since he had done most of the repair already. He did NOT take advantage us and fix the problem himself.

He quoted a fair price, confirmed by email and we scheduled work for the following day.
