Charles, Frank and Chandler did an excellent job replacing our water heater and made sure we were up to code as well. Whole process was smooth, they were courteous, professional and very informative. Answered all my questions in easy to understand ways and were really great. Thrilled with their work and will use again in the future!

Your response was immediate, the price reasonable and your staff unique. Two of your employees were particularly outstanding, and I thought I’d drop you a line and say a word on their behalf. In today’s economy, with capable contractors at a premium, it’s rare to find experienced and skilled employees. Frank (i believe that was his name) and his young apprentice pinpointed the problem, then replaced the system of pipes, tanks, fittings, and other apparatus required to successfully solve our water heating emergency. It’s nice to find two professionals these days who are willing to go the extra mile to please a customer. (Moreover, that young man learning a trade will go far in life.)

Charles England and his crew were courteous, considerate of my home and prompt. Charles kept me apprised of the process of installing my new boiler and worked within the agreed upon estimate. A consummate professional Charles also dealt with collateral problems with my hot water heater, a collapsed expansion tank and corroded connection for the $50 cost of parts. It should be noted that the estimate provided for the boiler work was the fairest of the four estimates I received. I will use England's Plumbing again with confidence.

Charles and crew were on time, clean and left no trace. Worked with me on price and had best warranty of all the quotes I received. Highly recommend!!!

My well pump died late Friday night, early Saturday morning I called the number I found through Google, Charles called me within a hour and said he would be available about noon that day. He arrived a bit earlier ran tests and agreed it was the pump. He needed more hands to complete the job and returned in another hour with help. It took perhaps 45 minutes to do the work. This was not the first time the well pump was replaced but my experience was the same as the first time. It was handled within a reasonable amount of time from notifying someone of the problem. I had water again by 2 p.m.

Charles England replaced a jet pump located in my spring house with a shallow well pump. He also reconfigured piping at the pressure tank to improve water flow. He was prompt, did an excellent job, and the price was comparable to other estimates. He had experience with spring fed water source plumbing issues and explained exactly what to expect. I would highly recommend this company, and would use them again.

Responded immediately to our emergency. Showed up on time thoroughly explained the problem and repair an repaired the problem quickly. Definitely will use this company again.

In February I had a drip coming from the left side of the beam in my dining room. In looking behind the tub it appeared there was a leak coming from the drain. Charles installed a new drain and replaced some piping. He then told me to leave it to dry, ideally for a week. I did that, and I stayed at a friend's for a week. When I came back I immediately noticed a crack in the tub, which was not there before his work started. The beam was still dripping. He insisted the crack couldn't have happened when he was replacing the tub drain, and he also said that the crack must be what was now causing the leak. When he came to look at the crack in the tub, I asked him if he should open up the left side of the beam to look at the plumbing there. He said "no, it's definitely the crack in the tub causing it." He then told me I had to contact a company that installs tubs to see if someone could either fix the crack or replace the tub. I didn't want to spend any more money, so a friend patched the crack and again I had to let that dry; however the drip didn't stop. An amateur opened up the beam and saw that there were holes in the drain pipe, and also in the other cold/hot pipes. I asked Charles if he was willing to fix it or if I needed another plumber. He said he would fix it. He sent his associate, and I wasn't charged. However, the pipe was not replaced. I would imagine something was put into the holes and a white ring was placed on the area where the hole was. So, first he didn't identify where the drip was coming from and never even looked at the area where the drip was visible. He then cracked my tub but wouldn't take responsibility for it; and the holes in the pipes were found by a friend in the same place I suggested Charles check but he didn't find it necessary. His solution was to put a band aid on the situation. And I paid over $1,000. Had he been charging me for the additional work, I think he would have at least replaced the pipe. The leak is now back. So the problem has STILL not been fixed. I texted him, have not received a response and now it seems he has blocked me.

Polite, speedy, and informative.

Hired them for a clogged drain. They were here for over 3 hours, replaced and charged me for an unnecessary part and were still unable to unclog drain. Said they’d have to come back with a bigger more expensive tool and there was a chance they could damage pipe. So I called another local plumber who was able to complete the job in half the time and half the cost then the initial visit with England.
