Great service. Very professional. Answered questions. able to give me their basic cost for replacing water heater and some possible additional costs. We were able to wait for the following day for service and they were here before 8 AM to start the process. Will definitely refer them to neighbors and friends.

We talked with Charles first thing in the morning and were able to schedule an appointment for later that day. Time was taken to carefully review and explain the issue with our prior gas lines installation and correct the issue. We had a follow up conversation the next day to review the project and again, Charles took the time to answer and explain all questions. Very detail oriented which we appreciated. The solar hot water was very difficult to get. It had to be made and then they sent the plumber the wrong unit. We had to wait about two months. England's plumbing installed a temporary water heater from their first visit so we had hot water until the correct tank came in. They were very professional.
