Description of Work: They come once per week to cut grass

Description of Work: We had contracted this company, to remove weeds and weed trees from beds and mulch these areas. A detailed drawing of the property with work instructions was given to Marc. A meeting was set up to walk the property and review the work to be done. There was several weeks passed and Marc wanted to review the project again focused in the back yard. We decided to remove a small tree in addition to the other work and requested the quote be altered to include the tree removal. We never received an updated quote. The work was to start the middle of May but did not begin until the second week of June. The work began and a large area under a huge Oak tree was cleared that was not on the drawing or included in the scope of work.The quality of the work was excellent and the crew friendly. When the work was done, we recieved an email from Marc that he under estimated the project cost. We emailed him to stop by to discuss. He did not show up. We paid him the cost in his proposal plus the $200.00 discount for completing all the work at once. We then received an invoice that was $800.00 over the estimate. I can not recommend this company because they did not do the work in the time frame that was promised and over charged us when they did not know now to price the project. Also Marc failed to discuss those over charges with us in person.
