Fabulous. Great, personalized service. They are wonderful and understanding.

They did a great job. Even after the initial meeting where they did both measurements and we picked out colors and style, we found that we wanted to double check so Frank shipped us sample books so we could match it with furniture and really think it through more carefully. He then had an estimate the next day after the measurements and then put the order in. Since we had so many custom shutters, it took about 3 weeks for everything to come in and then they installed it in about 2-3 hours. They did a terrific job with the install and even made sure to caulk around the arch to make sure it looked seamless. We are very happy with the end results and they even said if we had any trouble to give them a call and they take care of it. It looks very professional and if we had any windows left in the house, we would definitely go to them again! They were a pleasure from start to finish.

The only issue I had is how long it took for the blinds to come in. I believe this is out of Yocum's control as they are at the mercy of their vendor. 8 weeks was just a bit too long to wait. Everything else was great.

The installer helped me select a color of blind in my home, measured and did a great job. He removed the old blinds, installed the new quickly and correctly.

I have not yet used the coupon because they told me that I would have to take my own measurements and bring the measurements to them. I do not find this to be running a business very congenially. It is very inconvenient for customers and I am used to the company coming out to me for measurements for this brand. The woman I spoke with on the phone seemed perfunctory and sounded like they were not too flexible.

Very prompt in responding to my request. Measured and installed blinds in two weeks! Installer was running late from an issue at a previous installment and called to let me know what time he would be coming. Cleaned up and took all the packaging with him.

Price quoted was competitive; Representative of the company took the necessary measurements promptly and installed the blinds within a few weeks. I am satisfied with the blinds but would like to wait a few months and make sure everything works well before installing them on more windows at my house.

The installation was done very well.

On July 26, we visited the Yocum store in Westchester, chose 2 pairs of shades and were given an estimate of about $1000 using the Angie's list Big Deal. A week later, August 2, an installer came to our house with samples and measured our windows. We received a call from the store on August 4 with a final price of about $1500. When we questioned this we were told that we didn't qualify for the Big Deal since it had been canceled. (We had previously purchased the same Big Deal from Yocum in Delaware, canceled that and repurchased in West Chester.) After I called Angie's List and the coupon was emailed to Yocum, the salesperson there said that now we did qualify for the Big Deal and the price would be $1500, which is the same as the price without the Big Deal. We complained about this and said that we were getting no discount at all. The salesperson claimed that we had incorrectly remembered the two previous estimates. They had not been given in writing but my husband and I both clearly remember at least the approximate amounts. The salesperson several times insisted that the company receives nothing from Angie's List, that they only do the Big Deal as a "courtesy" and that my husband and I did not know what we were talking about. We have no interest in doing further business with this company.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced on calling this shop. Very rude correspondence following initial contact. Would strongly advise to try alternative locations for this firm

The provider was exceptionally professional and courteous. The custom blinds were installed perfectly. We are very happy with the product and the installation.

When I called to tell them what I was looking to do, they sent a man out within days to show me samples and to take measurements. It didn't take long for the order to be made up and the gentleman came back to install the shades for us and to explain how they worked (this was a new type of product for us). We have had no problems or complaints since they were installed. We are very satisfied with Yocum's services.

Throughout, Jim was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He also went above and beyond to try to get here in terrible weather and driving conditions. We're very happy with the blinds as well as with Jim and his company.

In 2013 Frank's team visited my home to do the measurements for the new blinds. In December, Frank called me to let us know that in Jan 2014, the company was offering a $50 gift card for the type of blinds we purchased. On Jan 31, Franks installers came can installed the new blinds. They were very professional in their work and very friendly to work with. Overall, this was a great deal for a fair price and Frank and his team were great to work with. I would recommend Yocum Shutters & Blinds to my friends and family.

It was very good. I am very happy. They are courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable.

They came out on time and did the measurements and installations. The quality of the work and the blinds was excellent. Both the people I dealt with were capable and efficient. The total installation took less than an hour and everything worked well and there was no thing to clean up. A job well done.

The blinds were installed by the company and they look and do their job perfectly. I am very happy with the selection, job and service and would recommend this company . They were a little pricey compared to some other places, however, they are something we will have for years and years and it was worth the little extra to not have to worry about something that was going to be a part of our home.

Two weeks later he came back and installed them. They fit perfectly.

My experience with Yocum Blinds was very positive, from the first visit to the showroom, to the measuements, to the installation, all very professional and very responsive.

The providers constantly kept me in the loop regarding my order. One guy came and measured all the windows. He was polite and finished the job in a timely manner. I received a call shortly afterwards regarding the additional price for all the blinds and the installation charge. I would suggest that customers get all the pricing up front. I spent more money than I intended but the window blinds look great. The installer was efficient and friendly. He even boxed up my old ones and put them where I wanted them for disposal.

Sorry, I have been writing and typing all day, can't get more specific. Just that they were great and I would use them again.

I got several follow-up calls after signing up for this offer, which helped me because there was a time limit on the deal. I appreciated the calls (2-3). I liked dealing with Roberta in the Yocum store I went to. She had interesting input on the styles and fabrics. The measurer/installer who came to my home was friendly and knowledgeable. (Kimsey) He spent time explaining how the new shade worked. All in all, I was happy with the speed the shades were ordered, delivered, and installed. The only thing I had trouble with, was determining what Yocum store I was allowed to use. The Angie's List certificate said Yocum in Delaware. I was confused, thinking I needed to travel from Downingtown to Wilmington to get the shades. I think there could have been a mention of the different locations and that the certificate was good at any of those stores. Roberta explained it to me.
