+ -1 moreA perfect working collaboration. Schedules were met, supervision was consistent, and all communication was clear, courteous and timely. Project was initially discussed in May 2006, construction began in Fall 2006 and resumed in Spring 2007. By June, we had use of the pool.
Description of Work: Construction of a kidney-shaped, hillside, concrete swimming pool (approximately 30,000 gallons). Amenities included a boulder waterfall, heater, filter, fieldstone coping, aggregate decking (800 sq ft) and underwater pool lights. The nature of the terrain required major excavation and engineering surveys. This project predictably ran over budget, but contractor provided timely estimates and meticulous oversight throughout the process.
