Description of Work: This was service on a fairly new Bosch wall oven. They came the day they said they would. They were unable to fix the issue and had to order a part. The part came in 2 days and they came out installed the part and our problem was solved. I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: I have no idea what these services charge in general, so I am a bad person to evaluate price. I can say that the service given was prompt, professional, thorough, and efficient -- and polite. It's nothing less than I'd hope for in any service provider.

Description of Work: Replaced the pump on the dishwasher and replaced the ignition switch on a gas |stove burner. The dw is an older Bosch (under the Kenmore label) and the stove a very old Viking. Mr. Minshall is great. Knows his stuff and explains |everything.

Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped working this morning. I called Rosedale and they promptly got back to me and I got an appt today. Rated them A for this. Service tech came out and fixed my refrig. The cooling unit had to be replaced. The tech was here for 25 minutes max. I was charged $318. $150 for the cooling unit, $100 to install the unit, and $50 to vacuum out the coils, $18 for taxes. I really needed the refrig fixed so I am glad it was done. But, I am not sure I would use Rosedale again.
