Description of Work: Cleaned family room carpet. They were prompt, courteous, and professional in both their appearance and work. They did an excellent job in cleaning a carpet that had some tough dirt spots.

+ -1 moreInitial phone contact was rather impersonal. Receptionist provided minimal information. The service men were cordial and businesslike. They discussed the process in detail and immediately asked about extras such as scotch guard and microban procedures. The procedures appeared to be very efficient, and they were sure to protect the rugs by putting protective material under all of the furniture legs. The cleaning was completed in less than an hour, and there seemed to be no problems as a result. The two service men were cordial but seemed impatient and less than friendly. The personalities of the staff seemed to be the least satisfactory element of the entire experience.
Description of Work: Cleaning of carpets in all downstairs rooms plus basement steps .

Description of Work: Had them clean the carpets in the Master Bedroom, Loft, Hallway and another bedroom. The carpet is only 4 years old and only had a couple of areas that really needed cleaned and that was in the Master Bedroom. They came in and cleaned everything so fast I questioned if it was really done. They when I questioned the areas because I didn't think they looked good, the Carpet Cleaner told me that was as good as they were going to get due to "wear and tear". And then he tried to tell me that my Bischon must have layed in the one area and I told him no, my Bichone sleeps on the other side of the room on his dog bed!! Even after I questioned him on the areas I wasn't happy with the Carpet Tech did not offer to go back on work on them a bit! I didn't want them to come back because I didn't want the same Carpet Tech to show up.

+ 0 moreLooked like new when finished. They arrived reviewed the areas and concerns, then the crew explained the process in detail. Was thinking of having the carpets disinfected prior to their arriving, but they felt suggested having done the next cleaning. Appreciated their honesty especially before the holidays.
Description of Work: They were running different specials for cleaning and scotchgarding. Scheduled them to clean & scotchgarded 5 areas, was running a special pay for 4 get the 5th FREE. Had them add 2 dining room chairs when they arrived.

+ 1 moreCustomer service friendly and pleasant. Techs were on time, called before arriving to let me know they were on the way. At my home evaluated my property, explained the benefits of services available, then simply asked what I wanted to do. Took their time and paid attention to detail.
