+ -1 moreBased on my experience with Ted's Pools I would caution anyone from hiring them just because they handle invoicing very poorly and are very unprofessional when you question their charges. They charged me for part and service I never requested or received. When they were questioned, their response was "how would you know if the part was installed or not, you are a new pool owner?" They definately lost me as a customer.

+ -1 moreCall this company 4 times. On 2 occasions, I left messages with a person in the office. On the other 2, I left messages. I wanted to use their services and was told someone would call me back - they never did. On one occasion, I told them an issue I was having and the person said that they would do some some research and call me back - they never did. This is the most unresponsive, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you want a company that does NOTHING and is UNRESPONSIVE, then please call them - you will be totally satisfied.

+ -1 moreIt looked horrible. We called them and he said it needed to be refinished and they refused to do it, they actually told us to call someone else. They didn't even bill us. They just came and made a mess of our pool and then refused to do any of the work.
