We are a forward-thinking company with the goal of delivering industry leading services using best in class training, employees, and processes. The name Sunrise signifies a new dawn in home services by putting forth a new approach to home services with a "Customer First." methodology. We understand that without you, we simply cannot exist. Welcome to Sunrise Comfort Solutions. What Makes us Special? You do, and our guarantee to you is equally unique. All of our services, both installations and repairs are 100% Guaranteed and we have but two terms and conditions: Condition #1 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We agree to accept both personal and company responsibility for your 100% complete satisfaction with the materials and the work you paid us to provide. During the first year after installation, if you are dissatisfied with the performance of your equipment, our service, or our people, we will correct the problem to your satisfaction. If for any reason you remain unsatisfied, we will remove the equipment that we installed within (30) days of your request and refund the entire contract price. Condition #2 See Condition #1. Our Team Our team is diverse, exceptionally well trained with certifications to back it up. All of the installers and technicians of Sunrise Comfort are NATE certified and factory authorized from the top brands such as Bryant, Lennox, Mitsubishi, and Generac.

They came to give us a free estimate to install a gas wall heater. He said he would email the estimate the next day. We waited a week before we finally had to call them back for the estimate. Then he sends an exorbitant price for something so simple. He obviously did not want our business. Never again.

Thank you for the feedback Mr. [Member Name Removed]. Typically we have estimates out to clients the same day or next day, in this case there was a delay due to the type of install. Typically we do not install surface mount wall heaters and unfortunately we do not have established pricing for that type of installation. It looks as though it was 3 business days before the quote was send and we apologize for the delay in getting the estimate to you.
