This company is perfect -- reliable, punctual, reasonable cost, professional. We had three cracks in the foundation. We called four foundation repair companies. One quoted $44,000 saying the foundation needed significant alterations. Another quoted $20,000. The third, after much measuring and testing, said there was no problem, the cracks just needed filling and that his company didn't do that work. He recommended we use a company like Structa Bond. We called Dan at Structa Bond. He came out quickly, gave us a quote for $700 with a 2-year transferable warranty. He did the work the other day and we are more than pleased. I recommend him highly!

Dan, the owner was timely on his visit out to my house. He fixed 2 leaks and was very professional. This company saved us from having to use a water proofing company who would have definitely cost more and been a huge inconvenience. I definitely recommend giving Dan a call if you have any leaks in your house.

I called before the holidays and I call twice after the holidays. Never received a call back. I am kind of bummed about this company... The service sounded great and it is very difficult to get a concrete specialist to come out and just repair cracks cement. I needed a very large crack repaired in my walkway and a crack repaired on my garage floor. I would have been very liberal with the amount I would pay, because it is so difficult to find people to do this type of work. Hope they call me back... In the meantime I will have to call someone else. Another time waster.

Received a home inspection report during the process of selling my house that identified two non-structural floor to ceiling cracks in my basement foundation. I called Dan at Structa-Bond who educated my on the process and gave me an estimate of cost. Dan arrived at the agreed time and date. He was both professional and courteous and told me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Dan was true to his word and finished right on time sealing and repairing both cracks. He also went over and provided me with a written two year transferable warranty for the repairs. He did a great job at a really fair price and completed it in the time frame I required. I will definitely use him again if needed.

Michael from Structa-Bond knows what he is talking about. He opened a hole in the drywall where the crack was on the inside and found that the original contractor had installed the vapor barrier in front of the insulation, instead of behind it, next to the wall. The insulation was acting like a sponge absorbing the water from the crack and condensation. This is why our base has repeatedly been flooded. He also found that the French drain was covered by a thin layer of insulation when the foundation was poured. This prevented water from going into the drain properly. He instructed me to bring another contractor to remove the sheet rock and insulation. He recommend to also buy a de-humidifier and blower to dry out the carpet, which I did. My contractor found mold behind the sheet rock and treated the surface of the wall. The crack in the wall was repaired yesterday. The sheet rock and painting will be done next week. The carpeting in two weeks.

COMPANY DOES NOT WORK ON CONCRETE BLOCK WALLS.

MOVED MY DEHUMIDIFIER TO WHERE IT SHOULD'VE BEEN. TOLD ME IT DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING DONE. SUGGESTED MAYBE WATERPROOF PAINT. GAVE ME A GOOD INCENTIVE TO CLEAN OUT BASEMENT. THEY HOLD MOISTURE FROM RAIN.

I HAVE CINDER BLOCK FOUNDATION AND HE ONLY DOES CONCRETE.
