Every company has people who bring them down and others that help them rise. TL;DR: We are very happy with Signature, the HVAC/Furnace and hot water heater we purchased, and we are already seeing efficiency gains, but Josh Nice (our sales rep) told us one thing and delivered another - luckily everyone else stepped up and made it right. If you want more details: My experience with Signature HVAC was full of ups and downs. At the end of May, our older exterior AC unit reached the end of its life and, after talking to my previous service company and getting a few estimates, I reached out to Signature. Here comes the bad...Josh Nice was the salesmen that came out to our property and gave us the "rundown," promising Signature is not a company based on selling units, but focused on performance. Josh sold us a package that included a new Daikin Heat Pump and Furnace as well as a water heater. Josh told us we'd be getting new all new components (piping, communication boards, dampers), as well as sensors that would help average out temperatures throughout our house. After doing some research on Signature and Daikin, and a little bit of faith in humanity, we jumped in. Excited, Josh said they were going to squeeze us in and get our install done quickly, and with rising temps it seemed perfect. The installers did an amazing job, but we got no new dampers or averaging sensors as Josh had promised. Josh had also promised he would be here the day of the install and never showed up, didn’t call to follow up, or respond to the many messages left on his phone or at his office. The rest of the office was incredibly responsive when we turned to them for help. Turns out the paper we signed said we would be getting new dampers, but Josh never put it in the order and the room averaging sensors for my system would not be available until the end of the year at the earliest. He is the only reason we weren’t completely satisfied with our purchase. Now the good... people like Brad (Operations Manager) and the install team (we had the two Ed's and two other awesome guys do the water heater) kept this whole thing together. When Josh did not respond to any of my calls, Brad stepped in and was able to help take care of my issues with the dampers, sensors, and a few other things. Had it not been for him, I would have told them to take this system out and gone with another company. I also have to commend the install team, led by Ed. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer focus is bar none compared to any other HVAC company we have had to deal with. Ed had to come back several times to put the new dampers in and was beyond fantastic. Highly recommend him and my hope is he continues to help service our unit.

We had several companies give us estimates on heat pump replacement . Signature gave us a written estimate, (unlike some other companies that just wrote a number on a scrap piece of paper). We dealt with Bob, who was very knowledgeable about his work /business /product. There was no hurry up and sign now or loose this excellent price, no pressure at all. I myself do in home estimates and I was just so happy he presented the estimate the way I do. The crew, Stephan the foreman and Aaron the apprentice were a pleasure to have in our house. Very respectful of our property, and also continued to keep us in the loop of progress. Signature did the lower level unit, and obviously the upper level unit will need to be replaced, and when it does, Signature will be called upon!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES!!

Signature was FANTASTIC! From Peggy who took my initial call, to the technician Bob Seeger, both were extremely polite, communicative, responsive, ontime clear. Its your own fault if you don't contact Signature, as they are everything you'd want in a service provider!

A small rough start and a re-schedule later, the guys were out and took care of business. The job was completed in one day as promised and they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. The company offered financing which was the BIG seller in my wife and I choosing Signature. The monthly payments are very comfortable for the level of the job that was done. I would and have recommended this company to my friends and co-workers.

I called five places and either I got an answering machine or was told I had to wait until Monday. I was frantic. When I called Signature, I was told someone would get back to me shortly. Bob Warner called me and took the time to troubleshoot the issue with me by telephone and we were able to resolve the problem and restore the heat. I was so pleased with his professionalism, I called Signature and signed up for their maintenance agreement.

Very well. Ed and Steffen worked quickly and within eight hours had replaced the HVAC system and installed a new smart thermostat. Joe replaced the water heater. Scott was my first contact and he explained what equipment would be installed, the steps that Signature takes to make sure that everything is done right. In addition, they had a 0% financing deal and a 12 year warranty. Finally, they even replaced one of the HVAC runs that was previously damaged (nothing to do with them). You will not be disappointed by Signature. They are an excellent organization.

This is one of the best HVAC companies we have dealt with - Our sales rep gave us options to choose from, explained how different units work. When it time for the installation the tech were super neat/clean, answered all our questions showed us how to work everything. Unfortunately, we had a couple issues BUT they worked with us to get them resolved quickly. The office staff was also helpful and responsive! The system works great and we will continue to use Signature.

We have used Signature Heating & Cooling for years. We never have any complaints about them. We feel they are in a class unto themselves. The Best! We use them for Summer and Winter tune-ups on the furnace and A/C, and any other issues we may have with the system. They are efficient and clean up after themselves.

Mike arrived on-time. He is knowledgeable in his domain and does his work. Only suggested things that really needed attention. I liked his professionalism and the way he explained things to me.

Did a great job. They installed the furnace one day and came back when it wasn't so cold outside to do the a/c unit. Very professional guys. Everything was neat and clean when they left.

Bob S. was great. He was thorough, he explained everything clearly and answered my questions, and he was kind to my dogs.

Excellent! Received call from office asking if Tech could come early due to cancelation in schedule. Tech arrived as promised. Service preformed. Warranty parts ordered for bad UV cleaner. All done professionally with attention to detail.

It was excellent. First, the company called to say that the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK for him to show up early (30 or so minutes). The technician was Bill McDonald, and he was fairly new to this company, having transferred to Signature. He started by asking me good questions dealing with my satisfaction of the house heating. He explained what he was going to do, then what he found, then what adjustments he was going to make, and the results. I appreciated his thoroughness. He patiently answered the questions I had. I would be pleased to have him do future maintenance (and repairs if needed).

Excellent. Bill was very thorough in his presentation of what I was getting and it’s benefit and always available for follow up questions. Installation team was very punctual and thorough in their explanation of how the system would work.

Great- Technician on time and professional. He explained exactly what he was doing, showed me a picture of outdoor air conditioner wire that had been chewed by a mouse. Replaced for a nominal $39. Unit was completely serviced and made ready for next season

They had someone out that day. He came equipped for Repairs. We need to replace our unit (25 years old) But we were able to repair it for a reasonable sum of money.

The process was Great! Bill the salesperson was very knowledgeable and recommended what we needed and not necessarily the most expensive options. The install was smooth, quicker that we expected and they left the area cleaner then when they started. Nobody came in smelling of smoke, which is a pet peeve of my due to smoke allergies. We did need one adjustment after hours and that process was amazing. The service tech was at my home within an hour of my call. Finally and very important to us my dogs liked them, Everyone who came to our home made an effort to meet dogs so that the dogs were very relaxed.

Excellent all the way. After the diagnosis, it turned out it was more cost efficient to replace our AC / Furnace instead of costly repairs. We were presented with a couple of options that were much better value than the competition and decided to proceed with the replacement, which went flawlessly.

The experience was first class. They were first class. The cost was about $22,000. I say that as if I am saying it's like $22. I wish it were $22, but we had to have 2 new heat and air units. That's why it cost so much. The service didn't cost that much, but that's what we ended up paying, because we went with 2 new units with them. But they were excellent and that's why we chose to go with them. The price was comparable to everybody else. Nobody wants to spend $22,000 on heating and air. But what can you do, you've got to have it, right?
