Description of Work: Ran a routine check of my central a/c. Checked the unit in the attic, made a recommendation for a kill switch and checked all connections and the outside unit.

They also were able to tell me why I was having problems with my air-conditioner that other companies were not able to tell me. They told me I need to move the air blowing from the house away from the air-conditioner and that is what was causing my condenser to rust. They were very knowledge,friendly, and affordable. I will use them again.

Description of Work: They services my heating/air conditioning. I bought it through the BiG Deal. Only issue I have is they put their large sticker over the original install information and if it is removed it will rip the info off. Hold off on the stickers in the future.

That's the first time I've done that, and I felt a little nervous about how it would go. I was called by the company to set up an appointment within 15 minutes of buying the deal. I couldn't believe how fast they responded. They were extremely professional on the phone. | |The technician arrived for our appointment right on time and was very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing that really stood out to us was how he only spoke honor about the previous company's work on the system. (We just moved into this house and hadn't even noticed their sticker on the heating system.) How often do you hear that?! I think it's a first for me. He had the opportunity to make them look bad in hopes of getting future business from us, and he instead took the time to speak highly of them. Beyond impressive. | |We will definitely use this company again and are so happy that we found them on Angie's List.

Description of Work: 20 point inspection

Description of Work: The A/C technician arrived on time and did the 20-pints A/C checkup thoroughly. Our A/C unit is old but used only gently over time and it is still working except every couple of years about 1 lb of Freon needs to be added to obtain optimal cooling. The R-22 Freon is being discontinued gradually and it is getting more and more expansive. I suggest that you always check with the service provider for the charge of Freon ahead of time if the price was not specified at the contract.

Description of Work: The technician did good job of cleaning two units of AC/heater. However, an office confused some pricing that a technician asked me to talk to them after job was done. Frankly, I am not sure what was issue but ended up having some argument and I thought it was handled poorly.

Description of Work: The provider said they would perform a 20 point Air-conditioning Tune-up. The technician arrived and worked in the basement for about 30-45 minutes. I was not fully aware of every detail of the tune-up and he did not go over the tune-up checklist ( I received checklist when I signed up for the $49 Angie's List Big Deal) Technician was professional and courteous. He suggested that my heating and air-conditioning system(being 21 years ) be replaced instead of just doing refrigerant repairs to the air conditioner. I chose not to do either service at this time. I appreciate their expertise service and advice and may contact at a later date. I gave provider a B grade because they did not really do any substantial work - enough for me to really grade them fairly B. Phillips

Description of Work: AC Tune Up. Lee did a great job. Since I was interested in all of the various readings that he was taking, Lee gave me verbal on each one vs. specification limits and answered any questions that I had.

Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon from Signature to install a whole house humidifier on my furnace for $299. The technician arrived promptly and was very friendly. He explained the job and proceeded to the installation. It was done in a very professional manner and he answered a few questions cheerfully. I was very impressed and will certainly use this company again.
