Description of Work: This was a diagnosis service for my central A/C. The technician came within an hour after I order the service and figured out the problem within 15 min. Very nice and professional. Will use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for my heating check up. I had purchased the Big Deal A/C tune up in the spring. They were wonderful both times. Lee came for both appts and was very informative and helpful. This visit had been rescheduled because there was a problem with an appt before me. They called to let me know what was happening and offered to still send the tech that day. I appreciated the call and rescheduled. He was on time, used shoe covers and explained the efficiency of the heater. Previous companies had never checked this. It was a good experience. Thank you.

Description of Work: Showed me my system and any issues that may need addressing in the future. They were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am. I took the dog for a short walk and when I returned the tech Raul was waiting for me. I looked ta my watch and it was exactly 8. They also made sure to put booties over shoes so as to keep dirt out.

He concluded des that it needed a new compressor. | |While I was unwilling to make those expensive repairs, the technician accepted by prepaid tune-up deal to cover his work for the visit.

Description of Work: Installed a heat pump with propane heater backup. Subcontracted with their regular provider to customize duct work. The installation went very smoothly for both the heat pump and duct work. The folks at Signature were most helpful in assisting us on the system design and paid close attention to the details of all facets of the installation. They continued to follow up until we were fully satisfied with our purchase. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for maintenance so that was a fantastic savings. I knew my unit needed repairs and I was pleasantly surprised with the quote for parts and repair. They had to order parts and made it back the very next day. I am a commercial facilities manager so very pleased when I can recommend a service provider. Especially for residential work. A+

Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working on the 4th of July. We found Signature on Angie's list and called them. They sent someone out right away. He was able to fix the problem (a broken capacitor) quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the service and thought the price was reasonable.
