Excellent service from start to finish. Very good communication about project timelines, expectations, and system performance. Bill Duffy is a no-frills sales guy and knows his stuff! He was able to work together with the techs to make our system exactly what we wanted and even went the extra mile to accomplish our goals. I will be using Signature for years to come and recommend them highly to our friends and neighbors.

The folks from Signature showed up when expected and protected the flooring from the entrance door to the back of the house where the work was to be done. They were courteous, professional, and cleaned everything up before they left. Very pleased.

Our furnace was very old and had to be condemned when I had signature here for regular maintenance. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me, showing me where it wasn't functioning. Bill was the sales rep who came here and sold us a full HVAC system at a great price. The guys who installed it (the next week) were here very early (as promised) and worked all morning/afternoon to get it installed. Everyone who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company for regular maintenance or if you're in the market for a new system

Both Scott H. (our salesperson) and the installation team (Ed/Steffen) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout our entire experience with Signature. Being new homeowners, Scott made sure to explain our options in depth, and helped us select the option that made the best sense for us within our budget. On the day of installation, the team showed up first thing and were able to get things underway immediately (and I still made it to work on time!). They kept me up to date on the progress of the installation, and completed the process in one day. After having a negative experience with another company, I can't express how pleased I am with the service we received from Signature from beginning to end.

Travis the tech serviced both our hvac units, one we have a servicer contract, the other we Angies List coupon for, Travis was very professonal and polite, He called before arrival, covered his shoes, and performed the service for the units. Travis answered our questions and reviewed what he found, Everything from his appointment went well! No problems and I would ask for Tarvis again, at the next service. We had zero issues with Travis. Some of the pricing for the recommendations for our units....... the pricing seemed high to us. The freon was double the price, as compared to the competions comericals pricing. Also, parts around 30 dollars were over 300 hundred to install. We have run a refrigeration business and understand the need to make a profit, but personally find the cost excessive. I have used Signature in the past had installed a new AC unit and thought their pricing was fair, and we shopped for several estimates for quality/warranty and pricing of a unit. After this service call I am concerned if I am getting a fair price for HVAC work needed, beyond the service call.

They did blow the first appointment and did not call to indicate they could not make it. They did show up on time on the second appointment. Bill Duffy stopped by and provided an excellent quote. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what Signature had to offer. We ultimately went with another provider since we needed a Lennox system and Signature does other systems, but Signature's quote was quite good.

Pricing was clear and we were presented with several options. On the day of install, they showed up right on time. Although they get some challenges in the installation due to space constraints, they found workarounds and completed the work on time in one day as promised. We are very pleased with the results. A bonus was the 0% financing offered.

I felt it was grossly unfairly dealt with by the company. while the technician took 20 mins to find out the reason that the unit was not getting power was because of a switch that was accidentally turned off by my kids . He having to then turn on the switch costed me 104 dollars in addition to the diagnostic service. The company was adamant that I pay this up no matter it was sounding ridiculous for the technician to even rationalize for the charges citing that it was the company rules. As such the technician presented himself in a professional way.

First of all, the Signature Heating Air Conditioning is very professional and honest. Got a call in the morning giving approximate timing and in the noon got another call confirming the exact timing when they would be coming in. The Technician "David sharkey" came on time, was very courteous and started explaining what he will be going to do and other details. The AC unit did not start up, he went up in the attic in the second floor on a very hot day and spent almost solid 20 mins to triage and told there things looks to be good and he started triaging outside unit. That also looked good, but he did not give up and started looking up the closely into the thermostat and where the display is saying it started but the fan did not. He checked the terminals there and then found it is a thermostat issue. David is very thorough and explained the details and offered the possible solutions.

I received 5 quotes and was really surprised at the differences in prices and warranty between the companies. I decided to go with this company, and I was pleased with their professionalism and response times. They measured, didn't try rediculous up-selling, wore shoe covers and left the house really clean; even my clean freak wife was surprised. Additionally, the installation team was very careful and planned all the line runs to minimize bends and keep them out of the way. The AC unit works great and came with a 12 warranty. I would definitely use this company again.

The scheduling team was in contact multiple times before services were rendered which made me feel valued. Danny couldn't have been nicer. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do, what he found, and what my next steps were to fix the issues that he sees as problematic. Signature has a second opinion option where the supervisor comes to see if the the initial diagnosis is accurate. To my pleasure, Joe (Service Manager) was in the area and stopped by the same day. You cannot beat that service! Like Danny, Joe explained how everything works and what his recommendation would be moving forward. Although I am not excited on what needs to be done next, I am very pleased with the service Signature Heating provided me. I would recommend them to Angie's list members. Totally Satisfied with my first purchase via Angie's list.

I sent an email through Angie's List in the evening I received a call early the next morning. Our technician, Dan, was at our home before noon that day. Dan was professional and explained everything he did along the way. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a melted power switch most likely due to a power surge and the fact that our breaker isn't properly sized for the furnace. He replaced the switch and checked over the system. Although the work and responsiveness were excellent the cost seems excessive as it works out to be over $200/hour for the service. We signed up for the ongoing maintenance program to get a discount on the work. We were also happy to use the $30 Angie's List coupon.

Daniel C. was my tech and he was excellent. He showed up on time and found the issue causing my AC to take excessive time to cool the house (clogged exterior fan) and made several great recommendations on how to increase my house efficiency (he found a leak in my return duct that I can easily patch up myself).

Bob is professional, courteous, knowledgable, customer service oriented and just the best service expect I've ever had for my heating and cooling unit. The system is five years old and the bottom tray would fill with water and bring the system down at least once a year. Bob identified the problem and fixed it so it should not happen again. He also checked the entire system out and I asked him if anything could be done to better regulate the air conditioning as the lower floor was too cold and the upper too hot. Bob checked out the vents and closed some of them as well as covering some of the intake vents. Well, I can't tell you what a difference this made; both floors are now comfortable. Please note that I've lived in this home for 16 years and no one ever came up with a solution for the distribution of air flow through the ducts! Bob took the time to explain everything that was going on with the system and to answer all my questions. I applaud Signature for the outstanding quality of their service experts and their business

they were efficient and on time. they correctly diagnosed the problem. they provided a free estimate of the work to be done. extremely honest and up front.

Job went very smooth. Installer had to come back and install additional insulation on the plenum area of the duct work due to moisture formation on it. This return call went very smooth and corrected the minor problem.

They scheduled the call quickly and the repair person arrived promptly. The repair itself ended up just being a bad switch which only took about 5 minutes to fix. The repair cost, however was very expensive, 200.00, I am fine with that as a total cost, but with the diagnostic visit already paid by the Deal, I thought that was pretty outrageous for a 5 minute fix that I could have performed myself once the diagnosis was completed.

Before we had Signature we went with another local company (with the clownfish logo) because that is what the previous owner used. They did a fine job with any repairs and maintenance we needed, but was never fond of their sales and service tactics. Signature did mention their service contract and offered details, but were never pushy and I felt comfortable talking to them. I did end up getting the contract service (which was a better price than the other place too) and will definitely use Signature service again.

John and Gilberto were excellent. On time, efficient with installation, provided all the details of what was to be done and how to operate properly.

AC was not to start up. This is the reason for calling service. Technician had hard time to identify what is the issue. So, he started guessing, 1st he replaced switch (charged $199, refund later) the AC was still not starting, then he said the electronic board needed be replaced and come back when the part ordered. He came back 2 days after, and replaced electronic board and charged $530. The AC still did not start up. Then he went to inside home section, disconnected indence water pump wire, ..... Finally, the AC started to work. He explained that he had to disconnect water pump to make AC working (it is hard for me to understand). He refused to give me the old electronic board (I expected it is still work and not the reason for the AC problem). All the actions during his repairing like a non-experiences technician. There are 3 reasons for my dissatisfaction: 1. I believed the electronic board the reason for the issue (refused to leave the old part); 2. Disconnected water pump wire and left (it was connected before the repair) 3. I was overcharged

We were convinced as soon as we met the sales person Scott McHale. He was such a breath of fresh air from the sales pitching, hard selling other popular companies that we received quotes from. Do yourself a favor and ask for him by name. He was extremely informative, patient, available and a really nice guy. We had some other options that were in the same price range but they had MUCH worse reviews and their reputations and slimy sales pitches killed it for us. This was a big purchase for us. So, we needed to make sure that we were comfortable with the price and our trust. Scott put us in that mindset. The rest of the team was excellent too. They were all really professional, accurate, kind and trustworthy. The installation went flawlessly. The entire crew went out of their way to make sure that the installation was done to the highest caliber standards. Also, the fact that they offer the best warranty in the industry (12 years) was really the icing on the top of the cake. I would recommend this company to anyone. A+++++++++++++++

listed overall as "fair" They were prompt on their decline of the service, but feel they should narrow their service area when submitting offers.

Signature sent out two technicians, and they were here at 7 am until about 4:30 pm. Everything works great (4 days later as i'm writing this review), and the technicians were polite and new their trade. The only reason I gave them a 'B' rating is that I felt like they could have cleaned up a bit better after themselves. Although in my mind, that is not a strong enough reason to not use them again, it would just be a nice feature of their service. I'd definitely go to them again for any services required.

This is the first review I've ever written for any company, but after my interactions with Signature, I felt compelled to share my positive experience with others. Bill Duffy (sales) contacted us the same day that our unit went down over Memorial Day Weekend and went out of his way to show up much earlier than any competitor offered. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to assess our situation. We were upfront with him regarding our budget and he built a custom package that fit our needs. He spent two hours evaluating our house and provided sound recommendations We ended up with a HVAC system that we felt very confident in and he coached us through the decision making process with ease. He scheduled our install for 2 days post purchase. The installation process was seamless. John and his team came on time and asked a few brief questions before getting to work. They were extremely professional and very courteous. At times throughout the instiallation, I forgot that they were even here because they were so quiet! They cleaned up after the job was completed and the place looked even better than when they started. John also walked me through the house to show me the work that was completed and provided tips on how to utilize the new equipment. Overall, my experience with Signature exceeded my expectations. We've only been in our house for a little over a year, and feel very confident in this important investment as first time home owners. My wife and I now understand why they are called Signature...there's bad, there's good...then there's SIGNATURE!!!
