Description of Work: Checked my heating system out. Told me how much it would be to fix the problems, but couldn't guarantee how long they would work. Had a salesman come out that same day to tell me about different options of new heat pumps and the prices.

Description of Work: Once they actually started the project, thing went smoothly. They were heavily over scheduled last winter, and they were unable to make the first several appointments. Description of Work: Awesome experience. I purchased the $39 for a 22-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning. The last time I used a local company to clean our heater. I will say, they did not do anything near what Signature did for us. Not only was the Signature more thorough, they were also less expensive. Thank you :)

Description of Work: I got an Angie's list deal for a furnace service call. The technician told me that I needed a specific part that was no longer available and that without that the furnace would not work. My husband replaced the thermostat and it's been working fine ever since. It took them almost two months to call and follow up about their recommendation.
