Description of Work: It was supposed to be a system review, maintenance and heads up to see what kind of shape the unit was in. It was a sales job, wanted to sell me a new complete heating & air conditioning unit. They didn't do most of the items that should have been done, Extremely unhappy with service.

Description of Work: It went very well. The service man was very polite. He arrived on-time and wore protective slippers whenever he entered our home. He checked the inside AC/heating unit, explaining what he was checking and why. He showed me any areas of concern, but was not at all pushy. He also checked the outside unit and fluted it out thoroughly.

Description of Work: Joe came promptly, demonstrated significant understanding of what the problems could be and went right to work to test the system. He found what I believe is a major issue with our heating and air conditioning system. This was a diagnostic call that ended with thorough explanation of the problem and a price to fix it. I was very satisfied! I would definitely use Signature again.
