Description of Work: Full HVAC system replacement. In-ceiling air handler was a real challenge, original equipment was 20+ years old and newer equipment was difficult to find in dimensions that would fit without demolition of walls and ceiling. Signature went above and beyond to locate a suitable solution...fit like a glove but all walls were left intact. The installation team arrived on time, all floors were covered with tarps, all the old equipment was hauled away and they cleaned up before leaving.

Description of Work: I bought Angie's Big Deal which was a diagnostic check. Service technician found I had left my furnace door ajar therefore heater wouldn't come on. ST took care of that then asked if I wanted a combustion test done. I did feel silly for having them come out for something I should have fixed so I went on had test done> Glad I did. The Combustion test turned out fine and gave me peace of mind Thanks Signature I hope to do business with you in the future!
