The person we dealt with was very professional and had good knowledge of the work to be done. We purchased a one year contract to keep on top of the work needed. Would recommend.

Signature sent technician Lee G. Lee was on time and very professional. He completed all service in a timely manner and gave me a complete explanation when he was complete. He then sent me an e-mail containing all of the services provided and the results of his testing. I will definitely use Signature in the future for competitive bidding on other HVAC projects.

It was good. I asked them to do some other work, and they never got back to me. Other than that, the inspection was fine. The guy was polite and pleasant. He was very helpful.

Service Rep took time to explain all his findings. We needed Freon which was a majority of the cost The air conditioner now turns on & off with the thermostat settings now.

The serviceman arrived on time. Was professional and respectful---even put on his little protective booties when entering the house. He changed the filter, tuned up the unit and added refrigerant. Presented all estimates on his work and even gave me his advice on what to do re: repair. thanks!

The staff are not familiar with the information online. They gave me conflicting information when I called at different times, and also gave me an attitude.

We purchased a deal through Angie's List with this provider for an AC tune-up. The company contacted us quickly to set up an appointment. The technician showed up between the designated time window, and was very professional. He cleaned and serviced the unit and replaced a part. This service was at our rental property and the technician was careful to wear protective shoe covers since our carpets were being cleaned at the same time. Overall, the entire process was smooth and we are pleased with the service.

Appt went great. I was very pleased with the information I received and it was explained to me in layman's terms. AC was low on freon. Temperature adjusted and fan speed adjusted I also purchased a surge protector for the Heater outlet.

Provider (Lee) was courteous, professional, prompt (early both times). During air conditioner tune-up, he discovered mold growing where air conditioner unit is stored under the eaves. He showed it to me and explained why it needed to be treated. He installed an ultraviolet light that will shine whenever the air conditioner is running, which will kill the mold and prevent new growth. He was very knowledgeable and also called in to find out answers he didn't have. I signed up for a maintenance contract with this company.

Terrific. Signature had scheduled the tune up for between 2-4P. Kathleen called me and said the Tech had finished ahead of schedule at some other appointments and wanted to know if he could come sooner. Lee arrived and he was terrific, very through and professional,friendly. He completed the check up, did not find any issues and explained everything to me. Very nice. He wore booties in the house and took them off when he went outside and replaced them when he returned inside. He did not smell like a cigarette like the previous Tech. Who was also very helpful, but he just smelled like cigarettes. Thank you for a great job.

My family and I moved into our house last fall and there was no contract on the existing air conditioner and heating units. We had not had a chance to shop around for a maintenance agreement and as luck would have it, in the middle of a June heat wave, our first floor unit stopped working. I researched local companies using Angie's list and chose Signature based on the solid reviews and close proximity to our home. I called Signature that morning and was able to get an appointment for later in the evening. The customer service personnel who answered the phone were very helpful in working the schedule to fit me in. Our technician Scott arrived on time and was great to deal with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the problem in a non-technical, easy-to-understand manner. Both our A/C units are 20+ years old which we knew when buying the home. Our goal is to get a couple more seasons out of them until we can budget and plan for replacements. As our units are old, I was wary of having a company come in and right away try and sell me on replacements. I've heard stories of other companies trying this tactic and was appreciative that Signature did not do this. I just entered into a maintenance/service agreement with them and am confident that I will continue to receive quality & honesty at a reasonable price.

Technician performed tuneup according to terms of the Angies List coupon, and replaced a capacitor for $140. Communicated well through a couple of schedule tweaks. Was slightly late but called ahead to explain. Satisfied with this vendor and we would use them again.

Contacted me in a timely manner and set up the appointment within a few days. Technician arrived promptly and was very careful to cover his shoes and not track anything into the house. My main concern is that several things were presented as issues that needed to be addressed, adding around $600 to the estimated total. On top of the items I agreed to have done, supposedly there was an even bigger issue (and even bigger expense) with the electronic filtration system. Another person has since reinforced my instinct (that this was not a large issue and not to have this addressed at this time) on this item. All of the issues were presented via the technician's iPad screen-- no written record. Finally, there was a push to purchase a service agreement, which I did not want or need. I can only hope that I wasn't over-sold items I didn't need...

Lee did an excellent job in fixing my A/C. Thanks to him, I don't need to replace my air conditioning system this year. He is very patient and professional. I want him to come back to handle my air conditioning issues in the future.

Scott arrived from Sovereign and I explained and showed to him the water that was collecting above my living room and dripping through the ceiling. I told him I believed it was from the AC unit in the attic as there was no typical water drainage in the front of our house. Scott inspected the unit and found that the "trap" had a crack in it and that in fact was the source of the water leakage. Additionally he checked the outside AC unit and determined that there was a restriction in the updatairs unit as well (being 25 years old, I'm not surprised. Scott was very professional and knowledgable, as well as courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to call upon Sovereign again.

Scott was great. Very professional and informative. Gave suggestions for additional services related to preventative maintenance but was not pushy about it, again very professional.

Had two AC's in my house that needed tuning. Used a coupon from Angies list for one. Scott was prompt on time. He was well mannered and answered all the questions that I had. He ensured that I was comfortable with the work that he was doing and explained each step. While he was done with the first one, I asked if he could do the second one. He called his office and gave me a quote for the same. Overall I am very impressed with the work that Scott has done. Would surely use Signature HVAC the next time around.

He was very good, explained some problems with the unit (it is very old) and gave me some information about the issues with it. I know it needs to be replaced soon, but I think he did everything he could to keep it running as long as possible!

After I purchased the deal, they kept in great communication with me until I was ready to schedule the appointment. The technician came on scheduled, even a little early, and was professional. He tested a lot of things and seemed to be very thorough. He spent about an hour on the job. The price that I paid for the deal was excellent! There was one thing he suggested that needed to be done, but that it was not an immediate concern and it could wait. Everything went really well!

As an aside, Bob called next day to see how everything went, and asking if I was satisfied. Not often done.
